First and foremost we are very lucky to have our little puppy to enjoy! She arrived with low energy and was diagnosed with parvo and spent 7 nights in the vet hospital. The Puppyspot health guarantee determined that we were only reimbursed for part of the cost of treatment even though our vet is 100% certain she arrived with it because of the incubation period. Communication with puppyspot is difficult and cluncky. I did not feel they provided us with detailed information about the puppy including prior info on vaccinations, vet treatment and breeder info as well as how to prepare for pickup.

Love my new Puppy! She is a cuddler and is growing into a special personality. PuppySpot carried through for all expectations.

I can honestly say I don’t know how buddy and I could manage without these guys. Megan is so sweet and accommodating, changing schedules if needed and making sure I have peace of mind. Roberto comes to play with buddy twice a day - which we affectingly call ‘ dude time’ and buddy and him have a wonderful report ❤️

Angel baby was only 7 months old when he suddenly died yesterday during a normal vet procedure. He had pneumonia for the first 10 weeks we received him which probably weakened his little heart. I’m not happy with any of this experience.

We could not have had a better experience! From the time we picked out our puppy, waiting 2 long weeks for him to come (and puppy spot kept me updated with pics and videos) to the travel agency picking up our new baby and staying in contact with me the whole 14 hour drive to be delivered to my family perfect; we will forever use puppyspot to help find our new fur family member for the rest of our lives!!!

Recently we received the second puppy we have ordered through Puppyspot (the first one is now 5 years old). Regional breeders did not expect to have Maltese available any time soon so we turned again to Puppyspot. With the new configuration of services the process was even easier than last time with more value-added services, such as a big box with bed, blanket toys and other things to insure we were set up with everything needed to bring the pet home. The new relationship with AKC also provided additional services and resources to us. Both Puppyspot and AKC have followed up with us as well. Both times our pets arrived by plane well taken care of and happy, and both were provided by responsible breeders (we researched their kennels on the Internet). We were given documentation of the worming treatments, innoculations and vet care given by the breeder. This pup also reflects the effort the breeder took to start socializing him and he was already comfortable being handled for grooming and being put into his crate at night. We are very happy with both dogs.

Excellent people to deal with. Very patient and helpful finding the right puppy. Don't let the cost scare you this is one time in your life that you get what you pay for. I got to know the breeder and she has followed up on Brodys well being a person who really cares about her dogs.
