Love my Puppy. You are very pro. The puppy arrived healthy, on time And exactly the one I chose.

I received a damaged bed, my dogs paws were stained with pee and poop from her previous home, and I got a pure bred husky and was told I would receive the pedigree document stating she’s pure bred. Because who wants a dog for $3,000 that’s not even pure bred?! I was told I would get one and they gave me a whole bunch of excuses as to why they won’t give it to me then said they were reviewing the calls. Watch, they will come back with they heard nothing about it. This place is horrible!! They overcharge, the interest rate for financing is ridiculous. Never will get a dog from puppy spot ever again!!

Courtney - We work hard to make welcoming home a furry family member full of joy and excitement and we're disappointed to learn we failed with you. As soon as we received your feedback a member of our team was quick to reach out and has been working closely with you since. We care for our puppies and puppy parents and are committed to being here for you both until all your concerns have been resolved.

I paid 3,000 for a dog that has been in bad health since the dVMay he arrived. I have tried everything. Taking him to the vet and putting him on a special diet but he doesn't seem to be gaining the proper weight and constantly has stomach issues. I truly believe the breeders knew something was wrong when they sent him to me. He is part of our family and we love him so I will do whatever it takes to get him to good health but do not believe the health guarantee that these people portray on their site.

Adina - We are truly concerned by your review. PuppySpot puts the health and well-being of every one of our puppies first. It is our policy to make sure every PuppySpot puppy is seen and cleared by a licensed veterinarian prior to traveling home. We pride ourselves in being a transparent and trustworthy way of finding a furry family member, and we can assure that your breeder did not and would not send a puppy home who is sick. That being said, we understand that puppies may get sick, which is why we have a health guarantee in place to assist our puppy parents should any health issues arise. Since receiving your feedback, a member of our health team has been trying to reach you, to learn more and see how we can help. We hope to speak with you soon!

The only reason I stuck to PuppySpot is because we had picked our puppy. The purchase process was excellent (but of course, they just want you money, which unfortunately I learned later on). After that part, our experience was a complete disaster and a total disappointment. Worst service ever; the "App" they ask you to use to stay in touch with them and stay up to date with your puppy's info, it's "USELESS" "UNPROFESSIONAL", a total JOKE. The lack of communication was just unbelievable, and when I actually got to talk to someone (after calling and waiting of course), I got WRONG and DIFFERENT information from different "Puppy Managers" (which is a joke they even use that title because that is the last thing they do).... The only reason all this headache and terrible experience was worth it, it's because we have our gorgeous and perfect puppy, that of course we would not change for any other one.... so again, if you haven't picked a puppy, I recommend you don't pick one with this company ... go directly to a breeder or find someone else to help you with this. An experience that should have been awesome, fun, relaxed and exciting, turned into one of the most stressful experiences in my life. This whole process caused us so much anxiety, stress and pain, (none of it due to the coronavirus); it was due to unprofessional and horrible service from this company!

Mariana - First and foremost, we are thrilled you are happy with your perfect puppy, that said it saddens us that we failed to meet your expectations. We should have done a better job of communicating your pup's details. We're sorry for what sounds like a really frustrating experience, and a member of our Management Team will be in touch with you shortly to learn more and see how we can do better in the future. We look forward to speaking with you!

Horrible company!!! I enquired about a puppy and was told it was in Indianapolis which was only an hour and a half away. I purchased the puppy but was told a few days later it was actually in Ft Wayne which was a lot farther drive. After going back and forth we agreed on a date, pick up location (Ft Way e airport) and they offered me 100$ credit for the “miscommunication “ of the puppies location. The day before the pick up I had not heard anything from them about a time or an exact location. The pick up spot was the Ft Wayne airport so I needed to know exactly where to go. I was on hold for over an hour while they went back and forth with the breeder. They came back and said oh sorry the breeder has to go to the Chicago airport now and can’t meet at the Ft Wayne airport. They now told me I had to wait until another day and drive over an hour longer to accommodate the breeder. This was over twice the original drive time I was told . However they did say if I wanted to pay an extra 50$ the breeder would meet me at the Ft Wayne airport! I was lied to several times by the sales person, communication was pretty much non existent unless I called them. I finally asked for our money back after getting no where. They said they were going to charge me $495 then hung up on me. Thus is a money grabbing issue exploiting people who are trying to buy puppies.
