The person that placed the order for our puppy needed to explain the process better. I had to call back 2 times to get clarifications. He was more concerned about making the sale then explaining the process. We love our Puppy great quality so smart and sweet. They also did not let the breeder know that the first and second flight was cancelled and the dog was at the airport for 7 am eastern standard time to 930 pm pacific time. The dog was upset and stressed from the long day. The Covid Virus caused cancellation a week ago. But we love the dog.

They seemed like a reputable business as per fancy web sight .The sales person I talked to and purchased dog seemed decent and informative.Except when he told me 400.00 dollars for one way travel for dog.The day of arrival was to be 5 hours earlier until I got a call stating they put dog on second flight because dog got too hot according to puppy spot employ .when we finally got dog after 12 hours on 2 planes for a 2 hour flight .The dog was in crate in vomit no water and zip tied the cage so no one ever looked a dog which I was told going to happen .The poor dog was abused and surprised he lived .For 2900.00 for a champion dog treated like baggage..I tried to call to find out some answers but still waiting for call No way to treat animals .Buyer Beware .

From the very beginning and right to the end, PuppySpot has been incredible. We were always able to speak with someone and every question was answered. We are from Canada and the breeder of our puppy is from Indiana. I'm sure puppy purchases from another country is not unusual, but this case was different. We were in the middle of making arrangements to get our puppy when the situation with the coronavirus increased. Flights were being cancelled, airports were shutting down without warning, and both of our governments had just announced closing the borders for an indefinite period of time. With the unusual circumstances we were facing, PuppySpot, the breeder and I all worked together quickly to get our puppy to this side of the border before it closed. At the last minute, I ended up driving to meet the breeder in Michigan. PuppySpot was on the phone with me numerous times to make sure that all was going well, and that I was able to cross the border into the US. They also called to make sure that I got back into Canada with our adorable puppy. Everyone went above and beyond what was expected. We are so grateful for the co-operation of everyone involved to make this happen. I will also like to add that when we brought our puppy to the vet, they were very happy and impressed with all of the documentation provided for the puppy. Everything was clear, organized and thorough. I will not hesitate to recommend PuppySpot to anyone.

The team was extremely helpful in all aspects of the process acquiring my Golden Retriever. The team was always enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable and personable.

Almost everything was great. The only negative is that I received a few calls regarding the financing that I obtained for the puppy. I individuals asked me what was i going to do since I did not obtain financing. There was miscommunication somewhere. I had to explain that I did have financing. Once figured out, I did receive an apology. It caused a bit of concern that I would not receive the puppy, although all was good on my end. I did receive Rudy (we renamed him) and he is absolutely adorable!
