I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, but, this could not be further from the truth. First I was told repeatedly that the warranty on the puppy would cover everything, and I mean everything. Puppyspot made somewhat of restitution. The second issue that just came up that was NEVER mentioned, is I can't breed my puppy once so I can have her puppies without canceling the warranty. I spoke to the rep. numerous times and nothing was told to me. I love my English Masstif having one before, I had to put her down due to cancer. These puppies are not cheap, and to not disclose everything is very poor practice in my opinion. BUYER BEWARE! Also, it goes without saying I'll not buy another puppy from them again.

Shocking. So many calls when they are selling then absolutely shocking customer service. Charge a fortune and deliver very little. They should be ashamed. Would not recommend and presume will go out of business shortly.

We decided we wanted to add a boxer puppy to our family while we’re in quarantine since it’s the perfect time to puppy train. From the beginning, customer service was amazing. We ran in to a bit of a hiccup with puppy transport. Originally, he was supposed to arrive in two weeks, but due to travel issues because of COVID, it was going to be a month. I called and Erin Veloz jumped to the rescue. Not only did she spend two hours on the phone with me, but she coordinated the breeder to meet me halfway between them and us. For reference, we live in Orange County and the breeder was in Indiana. Our perfect boxer puppy arrived today (less than two weeks since we bought him), and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you PuppySpot, but more importantly THANK YOU ERIN VELOZ! Incredible customer service.

Excellent first experience with PuppySpot! While crazy times are upon us (COVID-19) who could have imagined the dog flight/airport restriction would have come into play. It was communicated appropriately and we got our little puppy on Monday instead of a Friday. She arrived healthy and happy. The PuppySpot app we downloaded really helped with details and communication. Our Black Lab is already fetching a ball and regularly does her business outside. Great dog behavior for a 18 week old puppy we just got this week. Couldn't be happier!

The puppy and delivery was perfect. The problem is every time I called or spoke to someone it changed how I was getting the puppy or price. The reps were always saying they were going to speak to a supervisor. As an example when I paid for my pup they said she was going to be delivered to my front door when I assumed I would have to go to the airport and gave me a date. Second phone call was what day and what airport I wanted to pick her up. Next I get a email wanting more money so nothing was consistent from the beginning. The puppy as advertised was perfect and she is adorable. Thank you.

It was a pleasant experience working with your staff and the valuable info I got from you in the choice of the puppy we got. the only complaint I have is the third party pet is a very deceiving part of your org. I felt I was lead to believe I was getting what they were offering me as part of the cost with the puppy until they told me the cost , I was glad I got it refunded back because I received the same info from the breeder at that was no charge.
