I understand we are in a pandemic but the communication between us in regards to transporting my puppy was very disappointing. Also, the wellness check up and shots that was supposed to be covered was not because you only pay for a VCA or whatever vet clinic. So I had to pay for t myself. Not happy about this process.

They charge a lot of money for puppy and don't provide the service that matches.

The staff is very professional and informative. I especially loved how they keep giving me email and text to keep me informed about my puppy's arrival.

Purchased a bloodline dane 4k online worst mistake ever beware purchasing online you dont know what your going to get we never thought we would ever spend 4k on a dog but we got did and didnt get to see his attitude temper any of the things you should know 100% before ever purchasing a dog . trust me I paid for a dane not only is he small but he doesnt even resemble one either . I could go on but save your self some troubles meet your friend first before purchase you will save yourself and the animal a super ton of hell trust me first hand thanks for reading and no this is not a joke it really happend

I purchased a dog from puppy spot in March I think they need to make sure their puppy’s get tested for parasites I only had him 1 day took him to his 1st vet appointment and he tested positive my poor puppy came with giardiasis received my puppy on March 6th and still can’t seem to get rid of it he has been on meds since march. I paid over 2500 for a golden doodle that’s a lot of money for him to come infected with parasites. I am not a happy customer maybe they need to run more testing on their dogs before they sell to customers.

Great people !! I love it I bought a Siberian Husky and buck is great !!! We love him so much !!!!
