At this time, I’m not very happy with this experience. While the puppy I choose was delivered safely. I was not told of the size and weight of my puppy and she was a lot larger than I expected. I’m not very happy and feel like I was sneaked out of extra details. I’m not happy at all with this process. I had no idea when my puppy was arriving and came a week early. She arrived an afternoon prior to the date. I was informed two days prior.

The puppy we got is wonderful, and obviously from a reputable breeder. The travel arrangements were accomplished but difficult due to constantly changing travel and restrictions during Covid19. My phone support was terrific throughout but exchanges in the PuppySpot Chat App were not satisfactory at all. We love our new puppy to pieces and are thrilled that Puppy Spot matched us up.
