My heart just dropped after reading some of these reviews. I went with Puppy Spot assuming I would get what I played for. Wrong! They were nice until they got my money then communication stopped, two failed attempts to deliver my baby which we purchased over month ago. No one calls me back or takes any responsibility for my puppy not coming home. I am still waiting and a third attempt has been scheduled. I feel emotionally drained and would just advise anyone looking for a fur baby to really do your research and avoid Puppy Spot if possible. 9/24/20-Update After several requests to speak with a supervisor, a member of the management team contacted me. He listened to what I had to say without interruptions and was empathetic to my expirience. I give him credit and greatly appreciated the fact that he took responsibility for the lack of communication and the mishandling of what had occurred. He explained what had happened with the failed attempts to receive my baby and he offered to reimburse part of my cost to compensate for all the issues with travel. I am happy to say that my little TJ made it home a couple weeks ago and is adjusting very well. I believe that had Puppy Spot taken the time to communicate with me from the very begining, my expirience would have been very different. I was reimbursed as I was promised so I have updated my review as I said I would.

We have been looking for a Bernedoodle for a long time from a reputable breeder in a reasonable time frame. PuppySpot found us a great pup from an out of state breeder and we had her delivered to our doorstep in 5 weeks. The service was excellent and we are very pleased with the beautiful healthy puppy we purchased.

Stopped caring about us as soon as they received their money. Charging way too much for puppies. We talked with the breeder at pick up and she said she charges $2200-2500 and we paid over $3600. Never doing business with y’all again.

Our experience with PuppySpot was great. Our 7 year old boy’s dream is fulfilled and he has his little mini dachshund puppy!

This is our first dog so we were really nervous about finding the right one that would work for our family and lifestyle. PuppySpot made the process so easy and fool proof. Our little angel was actually delivered directly to our door, which was amazing since we are in PA and he was on OK. The breeder must have done some training with him because he is absolutely the best puppy we could have ever gotten. The breeder checked in with us the day after delivery to see how he was doing . His temperament is perfect, he is a great listener and the cutest thing ever. The best addition to our family. Thank you for making this process so easy.

It's tough to rate this 3 stars because I love my new puppy so much. However, if I'm being honest, I was disappointed with the communication around the travel plans (where I was supposed to go to pick her up and when) and also the fact that the puppy had to travel more than 10 hours as cargo with more than 4 touchdowns/layovers. Lastly, after my puppy's first vet visit, her stool sample came back as being exposed to giardia and so she had to be put on medication for the next 10 days. So as much as I love our new family member, I was disappointed in the process.

I did a Google search for puppies and came across PuppySpot. I was looking for a Yorkpoo puppy and decided to take a look at the Yorkshire Terrier. I saw Molly AKA Gia and fell in love. Every step of my process in purchasing her and getting her home to Phoenix was a unbelievable easy process. PuppySpot kept me updated on her progress and if I had any questions about anything, they would ALWAYS get back to me. I am strongly considering getting Gia a playmate. When that decision is made, I will only go through PuppySpot. PuppySpot treat their puppies like they are real children. Thank you for all of your help, and answering my dumb questions.
