I inquired about a puppy, and one of the sections to fill out says "Tell us a little about your home and family", not "Do you have any questions?" So I told them about my home and family... as was asked of me. Also there was an extremely short character limit on the inquiry fill out, so there was no room for questions. These puppies are EXTREMELY overpriced, so my main question was: Are the prices negotiable? Like, I was honestly in disbelief at the prices, and could not fathom that they were real for just the puppy and nothing else. I was expecting they were the upper bound if you chose fancier travel options for the puppy instead of picking them up or something. Anyway, when I received the call, I asked this extremely simple question and was met with a rant from the representative about "why did I inquire when I wasn't interested" and why I wasted the time of workers like herself that worked "7 days a week for 15 hours". And why I "hadn't mentioned the question in what I had typed on the inquiry." A simple "No, I'm sorry but there is no negotiation on price. Thank you for your interest." would have sufficed. I just felt very belittled, and honestly, it took more time to rant at me than it did to say the above mentioned. I have literally no desire to ever use this site again after being belittled for asking that question.

PuppySpot was a great experience for me! My puppy arrived on time, healthy, and well cared for! My driver was very nice and gave great updates on my puppies arrival. I will still give the site five stars but two improvements I think that could be made is being a little more proactive in reaching out to the buyers on updates of the puppy. Reading the bad reviews on this site, I knew that could be a problem, so I was the one who initiated asking for the pictures, updates, and travel plans. They did get back to me within a day on the chat. Second small thing, please have your drivers wear masks when delivering the puppy during these weird times. My driver was very very nice, but that is my one small request. Thank you so much PuppySpot !

We will never buy from Puppy Spot again! Everything was going great until they called us to let us know our puppy died. We didn’t get any explanations on what happened. The breeder wouldn’t talk to us. Puppy Spot just wanted us to pick a new Morkie from the list or refund our money. We had already bought everything for our little ‘Finn.’ He was arriving in 2 weeks. We couldn’t just pick another dog from the list. Nobody cares/cared that our hearts are/were broken. I regret everything! Don’t buy from Puppy Spot!

The initial discussions and sale went smoothly and was helpful, but I felt that after puppyspot had my money the good service stopped. The app never updated with pictures even after requesting them several times. Specific questions I asked were answered with generic answers. The puppy was transported a full week and a day after he was eligible to come to me. He didn’t get his vet check until he was already eligible to transport based on age and weight and he was due for vaccinations at his vet exam, which he did not receive, so he did not come “up to date” on vaccines as guaranteed. His initial vaccine was given by the breeder too young (5weeks) so my vet said according to vaccine standards we would have to start the vaccines over. An umbilical hernia was discovered prior to transport but I wasn’t notified until the close of buisness the night before he was due to be picked up in the early morning of the next day so I was told accept him the way he is at your expense or we have to delay the transport for potentially several weeks while the breeder deals with it. Overall, For the price I paid, I was very disappointed with the several problems that arose and PuppySpot’s handling of it.

Great experience overall. Only reason we are giving a 4 star review is because they communicated certain things after the fact. Also, puppy spot is over priced.

We had a great experience overall. It's a complex process that Puppyspot makes pretty easy. I really wish we could have gotten more photos of the dog during the time we waited (2 months), but Puppyspot has this attitude of "Don't ask for photos". We basically got photos on 2 days and no videos. Other than that, everything went very smoothly.

Great service and will buy again

Puppy spot in general was great to work with. Very responsive with phone calls. I had 2 disappointing things happen which I spoke with them about. the first is that my puppy came with fleas. I am a new pet owner so maybe that's not a big deal, but my vet felt strongly that the breeder must not have been a good breeder. They were everywhere and I took the puppy to the vet the first day so they did not come from being transported. The second was that there was confusion about the birth date. We were in a rush to get the puppy so this delayed us by 2 weeks. Not a big deal to me, but a huge deal to my kids. Otherwise we have an adorable puppy delivered right to our doorstep.
