Our puppy arrived drugged, it was in a van with many other deliveries the driver told us. Not a peep from van, all drugged. He had an upper respiratory infection. Got him to vet day after delivery. Also had Giardia from fecal sample and mange. Could we have any other problems. And yes Puppy spot, Despite Your assurances that my puppy was not drugged I beg to differ! He most certainly had been given something by those drivers! And what a pair they were. Buyers beware!

Lucy, came to me August of last month. I was very pleased with the team members of puppy spot. The team members sent me a video and pictures of Lucy as she progress and grew. When it was time for her to arrive at her new home a team member called me with her travel plans. Lucy, came in her new home excited and played with all of her toys and laid down on her blanket. Lucy brings me so much joy and also, joy to my family. Everything , went very well with puppy spot from the very beginning and to the day I receive my Lucy. I would tell anyone to purchase a pet with puppy spot, Thank, all of the puppy spot team members and I want to thank, the owner for the traveling bed and food. I want you to know when I take Lucy to the store or for her bath, she is adore by everyone who sees her.

From the initial call the person on the phone was evasive about basic information. She kept repeating who they are but wouldn’t offer any information about the puppy. She got angry and ended the call. Please do your homework before falling in love with a picture.

Here is why rather than using PSpot you should go on the AKC and USDA websites and contact and buy from breeders you can interview, ask for videos, etc.. Yes it will take you some work, but this will be a member of your family. - PSpot is just a broker. They do no inspections or investigations of these breeders or the vets. P Spot does everything they can to keep you from knowing who your breeder is. If you really press P Spot after several tries they may allow you a conference call with the breeder. They will be on the call and they will not let you ask ANYTHING about the identity of the breeder. How far does PSpot take hiding the identity of the breeder & vet ? On the form they send for you to approve shipping of the puppy they intentionally cut off the breeders and vets names. I knew those names were at the bottom of the form so I asked PSpot to fax it to me. They refused. As a lawyer I consider this intentional misrepresentation of material information which vitiates their “arbitrate in Florida” provision. -If you know the name of the breeder you can check their public USDA inspection reports, State reports, and reviews. If I had known I would have asked for a video of the kennel, which would have shown the sanitary conditions that lead to Giardia. I have had Giardia it is a very nasty parasite and very hard to get rid of. It will really screw with your G.I. track for a long time. Yes it can be transmitted to humans and other pets. - PSpot marks up the price of the puppy by about 100 %, that, and their lack of any inspection by PSpot, is why they don’t want you to know the name of the breeder. - Any competent breeder can arrange for the same shipping that P Spot provides. PSpot provides no real service here, especially when you examine their “warranty” . Look at the limitations in their “warranty” and see if you don’t think that this is a company that expects to be sued and has something to be concerned about.

Wonderful service. We would liked to have known about surgical need for undescended testicles prior to purchase. It will be an added expense when he gets neutered and require an abdominal incision. The breeder should have given you this information and decreased the price of the puppy.

We purchased little Panda, Australian Shepherd about 3 weeks ago. She arrived yesterday morning. And we are in LOVE! Thank you to PuppySpot for giving us such a bundle of joy. From the moment we laid our eyes on Panda, PuppySpot has been uber receptive, always getting back to us fast and attending to our requests. The travel was smooth and Panda got here without any issues or delays, and was a happy little girl. Absolutely love PuppySpot and would recommend to everyone. Now back to Panda - wow, what a sweet, smart, well behaved little puppy. She pretty much got the potty training down in one day and was able to pick 3 tricks already. I love my puppy, but didn't feel PuppySpot provided a lot of transparency before she came home to be about how she was being raised by the breeder or what was happening with her vet checks. I had to specifically ask to speak to the breeder and request photos. I wish there had been more visibility into how she was and when (and how) she was coming home to me. It felt like there wasn't much prep or communication.
