PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

The entire experience with PuppySpot was excellent. Our initial contact with Lisa started the process perfectly. Then Curtis took over. He was available whenever we needed to talk with him and provided all the information that we needed. Jean-Michel brought our puppy from the breeder to our home, keeping us up to date throughout the trip. The puppy is healthy, well prepared and a delight. He is already a key member of our family. Our thanks to everyone who made this possible.

In the middle of the pandemic finding a pet I wanted was tough. There were just not many to be found especially since I wanted something specific. Puppyspot provided a service to choose exactly what I wanted. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My only slight issue was communication. I called many times before they called me as I found tings in the app that was not discussed like our delivery date for the pup being moved up three weeks! They also said the breeder might add pics or videos but there were no updates. All in all the experience was really good, the service was lovely and the pup is amazing.

From beginning to end the process was great and very professional!!! We got the puppy of our dreams!!!! Thank you PuppySpot!!!!

Sales gal was a dream! Our puppy is too! But in between is a customer non-service nightmare! I’ve never been so mistreated by any company ever in my life! Just horrid! Took them 4 weeks to do absolutely nothing regarding getting our puppy to us! Everyone was beyond rude! I spent countless hours on hold trying to get anyone on the phone. Complete Nightmare!!!!!!! We bought our pup at ag 6 weeks and we’re told he would be to us at 8 weeks of age. NOT!!!!11 weeks old. He finally arrived..... what took 5 weeks? Who knows! They all lie... each and every one of them! Liars! We love our not-so-little guy so 3 stars it is. But would have been great to have had him as a real puppy not 23 pounds of adorable adolescence.

The experience we had speaking with the actual breeder over the phone was great!! Highly recommend them the company who bred the puppy. The communication and information from actual Puppy Spot however is lacking in their “concierge service” and customer communication and follow through.

The fellow who sold me the pup was quite good until you got my money. Then, I was in the past. The app is awful and no one ever responded to my trying to communicate thru it. In non-Covid times, I would not recommend puppyspot -so clean up while you can.

Quick to respond to questions. Puppy arrived on time and in perfect condition. They did everything exactly as they said they would. I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful team! I love the quality of dogs and they even have a search engine to pair you up with the right breed. I was nervous about the process but my first contact Tiffany Asmus made all my concerns disappear. We love our little maltipoo Zeus! He is the perfect addition to our family. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service!
