We had been trying to get a puppy from individual breeders for months without success. We finally decided to go with puppyspot. The price is obviously 3-4 times more, however, they brought our puppy to our door, which was great! Our puppy has brought so much joy to our family. Now for the negatives, Puppyspot says their puppies are healthy. I have been to the vet already six times since the puppy arrived. Found out he has mites, and really bad yeast infection in his ears. Has been on ear drops for weeks and the infection still has not completely cleared. Then, the poop sample showed giardia. We are now treating him for that. We have spent close to a $1000 on vet bills in 3 weeks. My question is, when our puppy was given a clean bill of health and approved for travel, did their vet look in his ears? This degree of ear infection should not have been missed.

Our puppy is wonderful and it was very easy to browse and purchase a dog that met our exact needs. HOWEVER once you purchase customer service goes out the window. They changed our day of delivery with no advance notice after I had taken a week off work, and despite numerous calls and emails completely failed to address the issue. I ended up having to liason directly with the breeder (who was great) and spend 12 hours in my car to get our dog, plus a hotel room. They are very responsive until they have your money, then they couldn't care less. For the prices they charge, this kind of customer experience is straight up inexcusable. Cannot rate the travel services, but given my customer experience I am very glad we didn't take our chances.

So happy with my new dog!! Breeder that was used was excellent!! He brought dog to me at airport on a Friday night so I could fly home with him right away. Puppy spot did great with coordinating. This breeder definitely had hands on with the baby doberman I just got. This was no big kennel production breeder. Couldn't be happier

Simply put, puppyspot is not a place to get a good, healthy puppy, and work with people who care about and understand dogs. Last month I received a border collie from puppyspot, and she was in pretty rough shape. She was in the process of recovering from a hook worm infection and after bringing her to the Vet, I learned she had giardia. You won't get a lot of details about your puppy and the breeder from puppyspot. I learned after asking for an updated picture of my pup, that she was a short haired border collie. Never did the puppyspot sales woman who I worked with mention she was short haired. The website description never stated that either. I'm ok with this, but it's not what I was expecting. Puppyspot was either uninformed of what they were selling, or were just too focused on selling the pup instead of engaging a potential owner with all the details. My puppy is still on meds to rid herself of the parasite. The Vet I'm working with mentioned that this year she's seen a fair amount of puppies with giardia from the Mid West, Texas and Missouri. My pup came from Texas, and aside from her health issues, she's a sweet, loving puppy. But if I had to do this again, I would defiantly hold out on the long wait lists I was in or just keep searching for a border collie in rescues. If you decide to go with this service, be warned that when you call, you'll likely speak to a call center agent who is not a trained expert in puppies. Try calling a shelter first. You'll see a big difference. Every shelter I've dealt with in the past cares about and understands dogs. It's a 180 from what you'll get from puppyspot.

Awful pushy salesperson review: Jordan. The 2 other concierges I spoke to were great. I did not end up buying a puppy from Jordan. He tried to push me towards having the puppies "cargoed" and reluctantly offered their creepy "private planes" option. I NEVER made any indication that I was looking into their Bronze package (I wanted the puppy Chaperon option). The difference between the two is is that the puppy travels w/ someone in the passenger section vs alone, in the animal section of the plane. The Bronze package is just something that Jordan wanted me to do. I am so glad that I had a "special case" which I was able to use as an excuse to get out! Now I'm reading that their deliveries are not being completed. BEWARE of Jordan. Urgh - wish I can shake this feeling off of me right now. Way to ruin a puppy for me. Jordan should be selling self flagellation equipment instead of puppies.

I WOULD NEVER NEVER EVER RECOMMEND PUPPYSPOT TO ANYONE ... I BOUGHT A PUPPY A YEAR AGO AND NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE DAY ONE MY ONE YEAR OLD DOG NOW IS STILL SICK , AND PUPPYSPOT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THERE BREEDERS VETS AND THERE BACKGROUNDS , CAUSE THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL, AND UNDERSTAND Pneumonia and heart murmurs BEFORE SELLING A 3000.00 SICK PUPPY TO ANY FAMILY . I WILL NEVER FORGIVE PUPPYSPOT AND THEREATTITUDE OR CONCERNS FOR ANY PUPPY THAT IS SOLD FROM THEM. IM JUST PRAYING MY DOG MAKES IT THROUGH ANOTHER YEAR..

Bella is a beautiful dog. She got into everything that made me laugh, she's so affectionate and well-behaved. She is my best companion during this challenge time. I just love her!
