We could not love this dog more! Working with PuppySpot made the process very easy. There was just the right amount of communication from the initial inquiry to actually picking him up from the airport and bringing Wesley home.
At no time did we feel pressure to buy a puppy through PuppySpot - we just saw the right one on their site and had to have him. We would highly recommend PuppySpot and have done so to our friends.

Happy with our puppy but not exactly with the buying process
Overall the process went well with getting our puppy, she is active and beautiful and so far no health concerns have been noted. My only dissatisfaction with the company is their lack of communication after one pays up for the puppy. When you are browsing the site and you submit an inquiry for a specific puppy, you get all the attention in the world with non stop calls because they want to make sure to lock the sale. However; after you pay, it is almost complete silence for weeks until the puppy reaches its milestones. As for us, we have been researching and emotionally preparing to welcome a puppy into our lives for over a year trying to do our best due diligence on breeders etc., this is our first family dog and so we thought we could rely on Puppy Spot to fill us in on process, travel, vaccines, etc especially now during COVID times when things are uncertain. It can be frustrating that no one really walks you through what to expect on upcoming days, weeks until you bring puppy home to the point that we thought we were being scammed. We are talking about thousands of dollars here not to mention the emotional aspect tied to this transaction because a puppy is a life. For questions, they send you to the app, but the app is a bot, and doesn't quite catch the questions and when you call you get different people all the time and none of them are in-sync with whats going on. I think it is imperative for Puppy Spot to assign clients by staff member so that you get information from the same person. Having multiple people creates a whole ton of confusion. On another note, the app gives you food to feed the puppy and you purchase that in advance. The sample puppy kibbles that they sent with the puppy on travel day was completely different based on color and size and our puppy had some stomach issues for a few days. She is fine now, but it does makes us wonder about the legitimacy of the information we the client receive regarding the puppy. Overall, I would say we are happy with our furry friend and our hope is that Puppy Spot would figure things on their back end to handle the process with more professionalism.

Sweetest, Cutest Puppy
I got my cockapoo puppy Porter through PuppySpot and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. They updated me every step of the way and his travel went seamlessly.

Amazing dog, slow customer service
First let me say I love, love, love, my German Shepard puppy. He arrived in good health, calm, and clearly well taken care of by his breeder. I gave 4 stars because I had some issues with receiving pictures through the puppyspot app. From my understanding I was supposed to receive updated pictures every 2 weeks. I never received any new pictures through the app. I contacted puppy spot at week 6 and was told they would reach-out to the breeder, then I received an email saying pictures were sent. They were not, I contacted puppy spot again and they never called back. All together there were 5-6 corespondents, each taking 3-5 days for them to respond which was very frustrating given the fact I had already paid A LOT of money for this puppy that I was unsure was even OK at this point. The ultimately sent one set of pictures to my email the week before he arrived at my home.
The transport process was simple and I applaud them for that. The company just needs to make customer service more timely.
Overall I would use them again in the future.

My new puppy is perfect
My new puppy is perfect. It was a bit confusing at times regarding when I was getting her but in the end everything was great!

GREAT DOG
FIRST: The lady I completed the purchase with was friendly but this company doesn't check backgrounds on the people purchasing or get referrals. These dogs could be adopted by terrible people. My suggestion is to have applications.
SECOND: Before receiving puppy you are not allowed breeder information or location. There is no communication with the breeder and you can't do research online. My suggestion is to allow contact.
THIRD: A young woman, elder lady and child showed up in a van. She opened the back latch of the van and there was my goldendoodle. He was in a carrier without anything but a few strands of paper shaking. My suggestion is for breeders to place something comfortable in the carrier.
Fifth: The lady tells me they didn't use the food listed on PuppySpot and choose a different food because the kibble was smaller. UPSET because I already purchased the high quality expensive food waiting at home. I ask for the brand and she didn't know. She says it's a puppy starter pack and to use whatever. When I got home I checked the food I purchased and the kibble was smaller. Suggestion would be for the drop off person to know information and to not change the food listed.
POSITIVES: Joey is an amazing and sweet puppy. I did receive updated photos and information throughout process. My questions were always followed up on through email and my app was updated. I received pictures of Joey's parents and a carrier as promised. The breeder did call the night before to confirm meet up place and time.
UPDATE: PuppySpot called and will reimburse me for purchased food. They stated they will complete education with breeder and associates regarding puppy information and comfort during pick-up.

Thrilled with our puppy!
Hi PuppySpot! I was looking for a puppy after many years of having older, special need rescue labs. I wanted a small, athletic dog and saw "Molly", a mini Aussiedoodle and fell in love. I was a bit leery of getting a puppy online, but the whole process was great, except waiting for the flight confirmation, but that was just me! After making the big (easy!) decision to bring her home, we needed to wait for her healthy vet check, so we asked for additional photos to keep us in the loop of her growth, and were sent some, and the puppy managers were helpful. We love Indie and she is healthy, smart, adorable, and lovable. Everything our family wanted. She's only been with us 3 weeks, but we are thrilled. She is an absolute joy!
