The counselor was responsive to answering questions about my puppies and very helpful. I received my two puppies 1 week apart. Both came to me via transport. They arrived on time or communicated for any delay. The only thing that needs improvement is the interface for their MobileApp and Android. I had my daughter who has iphone keep me updated. So, that was a good work around. The puppies arrived clean and beautiful! The transportation gentlement were nice and kennels were clean. Puppy 1 I paid for his microchip, however, the Breeder was not notified. So I called the breeder directly and she shipped the microchip directly to me so that my vet could insert it. Puppy 2 was not supposed to come microchipped, according to the counselor, and he was, and I did not pay for that. Also, my vet thought it was odd that the Puppy 2 who was 13 weeks came with his rabies vax already, which in his opinion was too young and usually recommend 16-18 weeks of age for that. Could be the difference in state regulations?? Not certain. The only thing I thought was odd... I was told by my counselor that Puppy 1 was on Eukanuba pet food and Puppy 2 was on Purina Small Breed. I was told that a small bag of their food would be given to me to feed the puppies. When each Puppy arrived on separate dates 1 week apart: each kennel had a plastic baggy of Diamond Naturals Puppy Food. Puppy 1 had diarrhea for several days, my vet gave me medication and that stopped. I looked up the Diamond Naturals Pet Food Company and it happens to come from the same place as the Transportation Company Headquarters Meta Missouri & West Plains Missouri... coincidence? Are they trying to promote their pet food, which has had many recalls? Not certain just a hunch. Overall, I would recommend Puppyspot and only wish we could know who the breeders are before purchasing, so that way we can insure that the puppies do not come from one of the horrible 100 breeders on the USDA list. I was relieved that Puppy 1 was from a very repuatable breeder. Puppy 2 was definitely a brokered pup from Amish country (Ohio, NY, PA), so I can not easily trace his roots and lineage. Not that that Amish breeding is bad, I have had a pet from an Amish Farm before and the dog was great. Thank you Puppyspot for bringing me two great puppies!

Very satisfied so far. Our beautiful “Daisy” is loved and adored, and thriving. We are forever grateful to have her with us. Her companions are Gracie and Chance🐾 and our main concern was to have a healthy puppy. Thank you Bernadette Elliott

We had to put our 14 year old Pomeranian to sleep and we’re grieving so bad then we found Puppy Spot and found a little Pomeranian on line they worked hard to make it possible for us to have the puppy we wanted great company

Terrible. We bought a Yorkie from them and she is just over 2 years old. She has a congenital trachea malformation with a stage 4 collapsed trachea. Terminal and poor prognosis with death eminent without heroic surgery attempt. Better advocating for the puppies and more thorough breeder screening is needed. They failed. As we did a review and more research on our breeder (through PuppySpot) we found out she had been cited for two 2022 USDA Violations when investigating puppy mills. We are devastated.

They do not disclose breeder info until puppy arrives which seems a bit sketchy.they also lied about puppy being crate trained as breeder said she wasn’t. I’m also skeptical of the size they reported since I wanted a small one and she came to me double weight a month later so don’t trust this either.
