For the most part, my experience with puppyspot was great. We are absolutely in love with our puppy! My only issue is more a breeder issue than puppyspot. Since we picked out a solid white boxer pup, I knew there was a chance of a deaf puppy, but was assured more than once that he was not deaf, but he is 100% deaf. We love him regardless, but had I known ahead of time, I couldve been more prepared as training etc. will be quite a bit more difficult. For the price we pay for these puppies, I would think the breeders would make absolutely sure of things like this so you can be prepared. But as I said, thats more of a breeder issue than Puppyspot. Would recommend Puppyspot, they were great!

Great dog, puppy concierge was very helpful & easy to work with and transport personnel were punctual and polite.

We ended up with the sweetest little girl. It was all good. We were able to pick her out from several selections. We got new photos of her as she aged. I was skeptical regarding the delivery. If they would have communicated more about the delivery part it would have eased our minds. She was delivered in a Mercedes van with several other pups. We were impressed. She is perfect.

I picked up "Buddy" from Lake Wales Florida. Long drive but once I saw the then "Trenton," I was in love. He's perfect and tiny. He and Cinder are getting along great. The concierges were great. Several people were there to pick up their new puppies.

My puppy did not arrive with any papers from the breeder other than the vet report which was not completely legible. I was told my puppy had no parasites before travel which was untrue, he arrived with 3 parasites. The vet also found he had one testicle that has not dropped which was not disclosed either.

Great puppy! Because of the holidays and Midwest snows, delivery was a bit slow and communication could be much improved. Otherwise these folks were great.
