Honestly I will not be recommending puppy spot to any potential dog owner in the future. It is not so much the employees of puppy spot but rather the procedure when procuring the dog and the terrible communication with the breeder. I was unable to even contact the breeder for photos, Health review, nothing. I had no idea who I was buying from and we got this shady paperwork saying she was all clear from the vet. Turns out she was riddled with Giardia and looked so skinny that it was borderline animal abuse. They say that they don’t use puppy mills but in all honesty I believe mine came from one. They really need to revamp how they do things otherwise I’m never using the service again. I give this one a 2/10

Communication was really good. I was kept in the loop on all of Finley's steps leading up to his arrival, and my questions, either by email or telephone, were handled well and in a timely manner. When we took Finley to our veterinarian the day after we got him, they told me that he had a pretty serious ear infection, which they believe he had for a while. I'm disappointed that this was not discovered and treated by your vet prior to his delivery. We're treating him with Rx ear drops, and he's responding well. Otherwise, two weeks in, we are very happy with the process and we LOVE our new son :)

The appt for puppy spot was useless, did not work most of the time. My experience was good delays as the result of weather was frustrating. But Pipa is beautiful. Praises to the breeder! She is very social and gives a lots of kisses.

I was told that I would be able to change the travel arrangements without a fee by my puppy concierge but later had to pay a fee to change it. I was not told of the location my puppy was in and therefore selected the pick up near home option. Later the Concierge told me the location was in Ohio and when I immediately asked for the meet the breeder option he said we would get refunded the difference. I don't understand how I was supposed to select the meet up option without them telling me the approximate location I would have to travel. This is more than 200 dollars wasted.

Everyone at PuppySpot was great. We are very happy with Sunny as part of our family. Highly recommended!
