PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

What a terrific little pup! From first contact to the arrival of our Jack Russell Terrier we were given updated information and videos about our little pup. She flew from Lubbock, Texas to New York City, and all flights were on time! Puppy Spot gave us all the information we needed to pick her up easily. She arrived, frightened and timid, but in a perfectly clean crate. Within 12 hours she was acclimated, feisty, and loving. She is in really great health. It is especially helpful that she arrived with all her records of shots and the veterinarian’s evaluation. She has brought much fun to the household. We would gladly recommend Puppy Smart to anyone looking for a healthy puppy!

Great experience! Any questions I had were quickly answered. They kept me updated on the status of my puppy's travel. My pup arrived just as planned and he is such a joy!. My vet was impressed. I would definitely recommend this site to others. My only other comment is that sometimes the Puppy Spot site didn't always transition correctly to what was "clicked" on for a next page. Just took some patience and retries.

Every step of the way was very well planned out. Would highly recommend the puppyspot experience.

Purely customer service. It has 100% changed. We had amazing customer service in 2018 and again in 2019 from puppyspot. Our questions were never unanswered. In 2023 we had to beg for days for answers and call backs. The puppies were all equally terrific. It was the customer relationship that never happened with our 3rd purchase.

PuppySpot was there for me throughout the entire process of getting our little one home. The puppy I received was happy and well adjusted. Thank you PuppySpot!

Our Sales Rep Brittany Penrod was amazing. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We talked to another rep, who said we would be charged a travel fee, but that wasn't the case. I'm glad we called back and got Brittany. Please give her a raise. This was our 2nd puppy from you guys, and the service was great. We highly recommend you guys.

I was in search of a Yorkie and I found a little guy who was 6 months old and just looked like he needed a home. I called PuppySpot on a Saturday where I was told that I would have him in 2 weeks and that a customer service rep would call me on Monday to get everything scheduled. She said that the breeder was very reputable and that he was tiny. I gave her the $4700 for the dog without hesitation. Monday rolls around and I don’t hear anything, tuesday rolls around still nothing so I try to reach out. The process of communication is absolutely terrible so it took quite awhile. I used the app to ask about his weight, why his ears didn’t stand up, and just some other questions. I was told his ears weren’t up bc of the weight of his hair. I’m starting to get a bad feeling bc there was absolutely no communication of puppy spots end unless I reached out to them first and then waited hours for them to return my call. Finally about 4 weeks later we have a date set for me to pick up my new puppy but puppyspot says they need to finalize the details with the breeder. The night before my flight to pick him up they still haven’t confirmed the meet. When I land the next day, it was like pulling teeth to find out where to meet the breeder. Finally we meet and he is definitely not full Yorkie. However I already loved him so I kept him. We believe he is maybe a Havashire. Anyways he is skin and bones when we get him. The breeder said she tried to trim his ears (I think hoping they’d stand up which they didn’t but she cut his ear in the process). We were planning to drive him back to our home state bc we didn’t want to scare him with the airport. We stopped at a rest area to allow him to go potty and we thought he was lame. When setting him down in the grass, he just fell over, he wouldn’t get up. We finally figured out that he just didn’t know what grass was. He was fine when we put him on the sidewalk and just used the sidewalk to potty. We quickly realized that he was a puppy mill dog. Roscoe won our hearts immediately and he is the most kind and gentle dog. However he lacks instincts that normal dogs have and it has definitely been a struggle to train him. He is so full of love and we believe that’s bc he didn’t receive any attention in the mill. He’s safe now and surrounded by people who shower him with love. I’m thankful to puppyspot that I found Roscoe but do not give your money to this place.

The only thing I would like to have had is better communication. I also had questions for the breeder and never received their contact info. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars! Happy customer!
