Our experience with Puppyspot was outstanding! We got great advice up front about the best breed for older folks in an apartment, great attentiveness throughout the process, and finally an adorable, healthy, perky pup named Sparky! Highly recommend the Puppyspot team!

We absolutely love our baby Ace! And would like to thank his breeder for taking such good care of him and such great pictures and timely updates. The actual communication with Puppy Spot was not the greatest (I guess I should say It was not as fluid as they promised to be once your pay you money) but it was all worth it to have our best friend home. Would love to contact the breeder to send them pics and thank them but not sure that is possible

After we paid for our puppy we had many questions. We couldn't reach our initial contact.. we left messages and he never bothered to return our call. We finally spoke to someone who was insulting and left us feeling terrible. It was really a terrible experience. Also we received absolutely no information on the travel plans other than where to pick her up. She was locked in a van for days with no fresh air or running around time. Not impressed.

I recently purchased a beautiful Maltipoo from PuppySpot. My puppy is as I was promised. The delivery was smooth. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because lack of communication and because the site provided to check on the process of my puppy from purchased to delivery was down 50% of the time i checked. The original person (Stormie) who helped me buy the puppy gave me her number but once the payment was made she never returned any of my texts or calls. I had to relly on the website given that was only working 50% of the time or call Puppyspot directly which was more time consuming. Other than that I'm very happy with my puppy. The guys who delivered her to me were also great.

Sooooo..........Easy and we love our new Charlie. Delivery was great and you could tell the drivers were truly concerned about all the puppies they had. This is our 2nd pup from Puppy Spot and we have sent many people to their web site.

I wasn't happy that the puppy came in a van-like vehicle with a bunch of other puppies. She smelled awful and was so thirsty. I thought it was a terrible way to receive a puppy that cost thousands of dollars. There has to be a better way.

Puppy spot assisted me in finding a puppy from a reputable breeder. The delivery of the puppy was professional and safe. My puppy's breeder has been, and still is an amazing resource. She keeps in touch with me on my puppy’s progress.
