It was a little expensive but, surely worth it. Everything was as explained. Hassle free, no gimmicks. Sheldon is a beautiful addition to the family. He has already bonded with us.

I am SO glad that I found PuppySpot. They made finding my new puppy (the EXACT one that I wanted) EASY. Yes, they are very pricey! But, I had peace of mind that I was getting a puppy who was well-bred and cared for. My only issue was that after paying the large price, it would have been great if my new puppy had been groomed before delivery. He was so scruffy, I had to take him to the groomer the next day. But other than that, everything was GREAT!!

Purchasing was easy and helpful but the follow up after that was inconsistent. Emails sent to wrong address, etc. 5k was paid and then it went dark. The puppy was great but expected more in terms of service especially when I have recommended you so many times to others. Hopefully was just a glitch with me.

I liked that we were able to search through many puppies in one place without having to find multiple resources. I thought all communication up until the point we paid was great. After that, the communication dropped off. The "puppy manager" was difficult to get a hold of via the app we were told to install and then getting an email or alternative contact was a hassle. We were in a "black hole" for almost 2 weeks before we got confirmation of our puppy travel details and that is when the puppy managers communication picked up again and we were able to get more timely answers to our questions. I would recommend friends going directly to a breeder as I think the process is a bit smoother. It seems like a lot had to be reconfirmed right before and even at point of pickup because there was conflicting information. For example, we were told the dog would arrive in a carrier we would keep, then emailed that we would need to bring a carrier, then confirmed we did not, but at pickup weren't given it and had to explain this to the driver. I would also suggest not upselling to any of the AKC add ons. I was told we were paying to be part of the AKC reunite program, but it seems like we had to pay additional once we called to register his microchip. It is a bit confusing and looking back, not sure if it is necessary

We had a good experience with puppy spot. They were responsive and did follow through on our request for updated pictures and weight. The only thing I took a star off for is value as I felt their prices extremely marked up, but we were willing to pay it for a healthy happy puppy. also, we had to wait almost 2 weeks to get our puppy, even though we were in the same state as the Breeder only 30 minutes away. They stated that they couldn’t get a vet appointment for a week and a half. We were overall very pleased with our puppy ENGLISH BULLDOG and we will recommend puppy spot.
