We did not know what to expect when we orderedour Yorkiepoo Fran. She is now called Zoey. But she came in on American Airlines in a crate with water and food. She was in excellent condition. We took her our vet a few days later and she had her first set of shots and the vet said she was good to go. Your company is awesome. You sent me texts every week wirh up to date information and if we ever want another dog we would certainly use you. We tell all our friends what a great experience we had. Thank you

Amazing experience. Puppy spot kept us updated every step of the way. Our puppy arrived happy and healthy and is thriving 3 weeks in his new home. Peanut, is the cutest, most loving dog, with the best personality. We are all in love.

Everything was excellent from start to meet up

Puppy is great!! Transport was smooth, didn't ID us and she didn't come with blanket, bowls or toys as promised... she is healthy and fits in our family prefect!!

I am truly thankful to Puppy Spot for our new Toy Poodle. I purchased "Baby" aka Atticus for my 86 yr old mother who had lost her terrier of 14 years. I gave her a couple of years to recover and after she fell and moved in with me, I decided it was time to purchase a new pet to give her someone to care for. This new puppy has brought joy and laughter into our home, and my mom is thrilled and loves him so much. When I first called PuppySpot I talked to a friendly sounding person who transferred my call to Lisa. Lisa was great. She led me, patiently, through the initial process of purchasing my puppy. She was able to answer all my questions. Throughout the waiting period PuppySpot kept me informed weekly about the life of the puppy, his age, and what to expect with his behavior and health needs. Soon they send my a big box that contained a dog bed, an eating bowl, a leash, and several toys. That was completely unexpected but very welcome. The puppy loves his bed, uses the dish, and plays with his new toys. All along the way PuppySpot stayed in touch with me and kept me informed. Getting my puppy to me was efficient and seamless. He arrived on time (by air) with a wonderful companion who transferred him over to me along with his carrier and a bag of food. Her name is Courtney Murphy and I would recommend her without reservation. He also came with a packet that included a friendly note from his breeder, a little blanket, and all his necessary paperwork. I love the puppy! My vet has declared him to be in good health. I had reservations about ordering a puppy from an online service but all my experience has been entirely positive. PuppySpot does a great job of keeping the potential puppy parent well informed. I believe they are concerned with providing healthy, well bred puppies from reliable breeders. Actually, this is the second puppy I've adopted from PuppySpot.
