The overall experience was good. Being able to choose among dozens of lovely puppies was wonderful. The information given on each puppy was helpful. I do trust that the puppies are healthy and lovingly raised. Communication is the big missing link. The chat option is poorly set up. It could be hours or days to get an answer to a valid question.1. Explain the legend showing traits of breed 2. People who I have recommended puppy spot to have given up on it due to poor communication. 3. If you can do a purchase transaction quickly you should be able to speak with a prospective customer quickly.

I would highly recommend Puppy Spot to any wanted to add a fur baby to their home. They we greet from beginning to end, keep us update each step of the way. I love that they gave lots of helpful information.

Puppy arrived sick was in ICU for four days. fortunately she survived but I had to eat $2000 in vet hospital bills on top of what I paid for puppy .

Are experience was not the best at first. We originally were suppose to get a husky named saber the night before we were to pick him up at the airport you guys had two little girls in tears saying he can’t fly if I wanted him I would have to drive all the way across the County to get him so it left us upset and left me taking a unpaid day off from work. I truly know it was the Breeders choice not yours you just had hand us over the bad news but you worked hard to help us search for another puppy to fit my family. Then we had to wait another two weeks all over again for another pup witch was tuff but the day we picked Bryce up from AIrport was amazing we were so excited to meet him he was worth the wait we love him he fits very well in are family i could not ask for a better puppy. I would 100% refer you to others I just hope they don’t have to experience what we did the first time And if they had to you should offer them a gift or something some toys something it would of helped to keep my girls spirits up on the second wait.

This was such an easy and safe process! I had communication the whole time from the company. The process to get approved was easy and fast. I appreciate puppy spot for bringing our little bundle of joy to our lives

This process works! I had no glitches in anyway shape or form. PuppySpot communicated great along the way and my puppy love was delivered straight to my front door! It could not have been easier.

After the purchase of my puppy, there were no update pictures or communications from anyone for two weeks until someone called about the flight arrangements of my puppy’s arrival. I would have liked a weekly picture/update on my puppy’s growth and weight. A video would have been nice during that time.

Every thing worked well but one thing for me. I did not know that the delivery driver did not have my cell phone to call. I thought I read that some one would call the night before pick-up. I was a little late for the 9:30 appointment because had trouble finding the place because my car GPS said it was around the corner but was really another 2 miles down the road. I call the driver and made it just in time for them not to leave with her. I have name her Ginger, We are really enjoying her playing and getting along with our Sheltie. Marlene Bellamy
