People were great. I wish I could have had her delivered to me. But I went and got her. Dog is wonderful and health and beautiful. I would do it again for sure

I love our new pup and it was nice to find a site where there were a l many pups to choose from. They even financed my pup. The only down side is the communication. No contact with the breeder is a pain. I had a few questions that didn’t get answered. I never got to talk to a live person after I signed the purchase agreement. So customer service is lacking. But it was a very easy, smooth process where I didn’t have to worry about puppy scams!!! And our pup did arrive very healthy

I set up a specific delivery person and confirmed it three times and they still got it wrong and held up the delivery. Also, I was not given the complete vaccination and health records and I ended up going to my puppy’s first appt without accurate medical information. He’s a beautiful puppy but the lack of professional organization was egregious

From the very start, PuppySpot was spot on. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I wanted to know the weights of the two puppies that I had narrowed the choice to. As it was, they were half sisters! I was also provided pictures of the 2 moms and the dad, as well as their names. I also stated I would not buy if I had to pick up my pup at Boston International Airport. I live in NH and we have a Regional Airport. After choosing which pup I wanted, PuppySpot let me know what steps came next. They are very thorough. My 1st flight was scheduled for a NH pickup. Great! One of the 1/2 sisters came down with parvovirus, and they notified me immediately that my pup had tested negative, but she was on hold through the incubation period. When that ended, her flight was rescheduled, but to Boston. This was not acceptable, so I called the puppy pack team. Each time I called (5 or 6 times), the team member was very understanding and kept me up to date on the travel arrangements. We did have to wait on the airline, so I was stressed a bit as the flight date was nearing. Even when I called twice a day they were all very empathetic with my concerns and needs. The flight did arrive in NH on the 2nd flight date. I was so happy when I got to meet my pup. I have had her almost 15 days now, and she is just a sweetie pie, protective like her dad and loving like her mom. We are very happy together. I highly recommend PuppySpot. They are the best puppy pack team to buy from. 🐶🐕🥰

Communication was amazing. I got the perfect puppy to suite my family’s needs! Transpiration was easy. They do all the work :)
