While the people I spoke with were knowledgeable, patient and happy to help and the drivers, friendly, helpful, and timely, we do feel the website needs work. Even though it has great info., I was not able to get on for over a week; and communicating using the chat option was impossible. Also, while our puppy is a sweetheart and appears to be in good health, she is not the color pictured and she does have an under bite which we were not made aware of. Plus, we are now told that, unless we buy insurance, your promises to cover various issues are no longer the case.

We brought our beautiful puppy home last night and everything went without any problems. The breeder lady answered all of our questions and was very caring. This was our second time using Puppyspot and I love working with them to find the perfect puppy, the big thing is you don’t have to worry about being scammed, there are probably more scammers out there than legitimate breeders. Plus they screen their breeders. Prayerfully I hope this is our last puppy for years to come. I would never use any other sponsor, they are great people to work with and are with you every step of the way to insure everything goes smoothly. Once again that you Puppyspot for helping me find and bring home our little guy, we love him.
