Hello and so happy to give this review! My experience with PUPPYSPOT was excellent with all employees I spoke to! From Andrea, Paul and then Super William! All my questions were answered and also in a timely manner! I was concerned over the health of the Mom & Dad, how many litters the Mom had and any Genetic mutations that would jeopardize the health of my future puppy’s growth. Plus, have a Cockapoo and a Shorkie at home and didn’t want them to become ill. I know it costs alot, but at the end, it’s well worth it! Quality and Good Breeding out weigh everything when making this major commitment. After all, my “Samson” formally called “Sanders” is going to be a Dog Pet Therapy- Dog! I did my dissertation on Dog Pet Therapy years ago. Now, am disabled due to Scoliosis. I can still physically walk, and will be able to go to hospitals, nursing homes in order to help others with Samson. He will take obedience, training, and dog pet therapy afterword at the Humane Society. I received Samson via premier PET Delivery. Samson was well taken care of! A nice big van, air conditioned and traveled from Midwest to Florida were I reside. Pick up was only 10 minutes away. I received all his papers, vaccines all up to date, health records. He is such a bundle of joy! He is also very intelligent and and so loving with good eye contact with others while holding him! I immediately took him to Banfield Hospital for a Vet check! I had a free coupon for exam visit too. His stool was checked- no worms! Heart, lungs, his eyes- all great! No heart murmur either. No hernia. (I am a bit paranoid and very particular, cuz I used to be a Family Nurse Practitioner). My Samson is a Cavapoo. When I finally got him home, he went to the bathroom #1 & #2. Then he wanted me to pick him up and hold him. Of course I told him right away “ a good boy” and he really is! I am gradually introducing him to my other two. I am very happy and pleased with everything I experienced with PUPPYSPOT! A wonderful experience! Thank you to all and William who had my questions answered Even After I purchased to Puppy! I had worries if I made the right decision concerning puppy mills, Mother’s health and Dad’s health- etc…So any skepticism, always ask questions about the Breeder, health of Mom & Dad, how many litter Mom has had, vaccines, last Vet visit, ways of travel if out of State. Lastly, I received my PuppyPac one week before receiving Samson! Wonderful assortment of Puppy items you need! Beautifully picked out too! Lastly, travel wise- Premier was wonderful! Spoke to Chrissy the day of arrival, as I checked for accurate time and any issues. Chrissy was very good with communication! Thank you to everyone! Today is June 30, 2023. (Not even 24 hours with Samson and he slept like an Angel!). Good Morning!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Communication was great, very quick response to questions. The videos available are very helpful. The puppy pack came with everything you need to bring your precious pup home, so nice. Our adorable little Cavapoo arrived yesterday healthy and happy.

I used this same sub-company under a different name 10 years ago! It just happened to line up perfectly when I wanted another EB.. or two lol.. I wasn’t really looking but their credibility with me again was awesome and perfect! Gina G, was there first go round and again 10 years later for another great experience l!From entering online-info to delivery!! Everything was hands down amazing!!
