MY experience was great at first Iwas fearful. in thinking that this was a scam at the cost. but I took a chance and was very pleased. they kept me very well informed and I received. a very cute and heathy Goldendoodle puppy. Would highly recommend. this to anyone looking for a high quality puppy again great job from the start to the transport team was great

I am so happy that I ended up going with Puppy Spot to take home my sweet baby! He is adorable, playful, and healthy! The puppy chaperone he traveled with was really a standout in communication, professionalism, and service! The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars, is because I feel their customer support is really sales heavy. Once you have actually paid the money, it becomes a little harder to reach the support side of the house. The only reason I needed it was due to complications setting up travel. But part of the reason it was difficult to get ahold of people may have been due to a time difference. Once I was in touch with the actual puppy chaperone, it was smooth sailing! She even works as a vet tech for her 9-5, so my baby was in great hands! Bottom line, it always feels a little nerve wracking doing business over the internet. But Puppy Spot is totally legit, not a scam, and they serve a great role connecting forever homes with babies across the USA. Love my puppy! Very happy with how things turned out!

Our new puppy has giardia and we were not informed until after we had the puppy home. Potentially exposing our other pets to this and while this is not a life threatening condition, it is a huge nuisance and expense. First off we never received medication with our puppy for it even though puppy spot was aware he had it before we received him.So he was at the vet within 48 hours for diarrhea issues everywhere and of course we had to get medication for all our pets after they were exposed. Second I had to argue to get more than 25 dollars back Complete hassle and waste of time. I would never recommend puppy spot to anyone looking for a new puppy.

Love my Puppy Great Breeders

I receive my puppy in May, and from the time he left the puppy mill, and when he arrived, he made contact with another dog that had Giardia. I have to pay for all the anabiotic’s. Puppy spot is not taking responsibility and getting it out of every way of helping me with the costs when the puppy came down with a virus in their care. I do not recommend taking possession of a puppy without a Giardia test because they will not cover or help with cost, shame on them. Poor very poor customer service and won’t help the customer with the cost. Do not buy from this company. They are a puppy mill.
