Contacting and interacting with the puppy concierge was a very nice experience. She (Linda F) was patient and knowledgeable on stepping me through the process. I have to say that I was a bit hesitant of the business model, in that I was not being able to meet the puppy in person. However, Linda did a nice job getting me to rationalize the benefits that came from having PuppySpot vet through the breeders and how so many others have had a positive experience. The only part that I had hoped to get was a bit more dialogue with the puppy managers after the purchase and before delivery as to where the puppy was being shipped from. Overall, I am thrilled to have our puppy at home now and would definitely recommend PuppySpot to others.

Peace.. we couldn’t have had a better experience. Communication was stellar. Buying process was great. Our new fur baby is now in her forever home.. she is healthy, happy & very very active.. 😂. She has brought us so much happiness. Will definitely return to purchase another fur baby also highly recommend your services to all I know.

PuppySpot made my dreams come true when I found the perfect puppy through their platform. The variety of breeds and options they offer is impressive, and their commitment to responsible breeding practices is commendable. I am overjoyed with my new addition, and I have PuppySpot to thank for making it happen.

Oscar is a wonderful addition to our family. There is nothing about this experience that has made me regret my choice for using puppy spot as a source. From puppy spot to the breeder and Freddy the concierge who brought Oscar home…everything was seemless and joyful. I will reach out to puppy spot and the breeders and gentlemen and women to bring these absolute loves and joys home again. 🥰😘

Needed to be sure both parties know whether to meet at arrivals or departures

I just LOVE my sweet little Rascal! (formerly Garfield). He is smart, active, sweet, snuggly, perfect in every way and a joy to have in my little world. Allen was so very honest, helpful and knowledgeable. The men who transported him to me in PA were very prompt and precise in their updates and delivery. All in all I highly recommend PuppySpot. 100% satisfied and over the moon happy! Thank you all.
