After almost getting scammed, we found PuppySpot. The process was at the speed that made us comfortable and very smooth. They accommodated my needs and even let me meet the breeder to pick up my dog. We are on day 3 with our pup and she is already successfully understanding the potty process. We are thrilled with her and with PuppySpot. They have guided us every step of the way and have reached out many times to give us instructions. Use PuppySpot!

Linda Fernandez was excellent in helping me get Milah, our beautiful, wonderful, Siberian husky puppy. She was very friendly and helpful. She took care of everything I needed to do in order to get her home. Premier Pet Transport then delivered her to us. They were also excellent, and kept us up to date on her delivery schedule. They took great care of her, and everything went perfect. They were very professional and Milah was given to us along with all of her vet papers and everything we would need. In all, we are extremely satisfied and the entire experience went perfect. Milah arrived calm and so happy, she has been a real joy to us already.

We thoroughly were impressed with the Puppy Spot from start to finish. The first call was with a gentleman who spent time speaking with us and assisting us with the payment. Constant contact throughout the process was solid. The delivery couldn’t have gone smoother. Our pup came right on time and in great health and all clean when we picked her up. We’ve had some bad experiences in the past outside of Puppy Spot and we were nervous but.. all for nothing. Everything went perfect! We will definitely use them again in the future.

We recently received our shih-tzu and are extremely pleased! They guided us through the purchasing process and all the paperwork. They were diligent with follow up emails and txt msgs.

We recieved a dog that didn’t look like the photo. She came with giardia, worms, double ear infection, hernia, and a whole host of medical problems including severely under weight. Despite medications she passed away within a week. Puppy spot made some big promises to get us to purchase a puppy and then fell flat on those promises. They would not even reimburse us for the medications and flat out refused to replace or refund when the puppy passed despite having medical records and complete documentation. This was truly a nightmare for my children and our family. Don’t be fooled like we were find someone local. These puppies are coming from puppy mills and puppyspot could care less. Don’t believe their lies in the responses to the bad reviews as we did. It’s all true!
