CROOKS! BUYERS BEWARE! Our puppy was delivered with bloody stool that was a symptom of a parasite and upper respiratory infection. Zero customer service. Our puppy is still sick. I am sitting in the vet as I type this. It’s our second trip to the vet. Puppy spot fails to answer emails or calls back or acknowledge any reimbursement. They LURE YOU IN with a believable business “promise” and HIDE behind a health guarantee but they don’t honor it!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!

Everything went great and Mia’s arrival was perfect.

The whole process of getting our new puppy went very smoothly and there was always good communication all along. Everyone was very attentive and I could tell the puppy had been well taken care of. She is so cute and we are very happy with the service from Puppyspot!
