Just as advertised! Puppy is perfect!

I would recommend Puppy Spot to anyone. Alan was great and had patience when I would change my mind constantly. LOL I got a beautiful, happy, healthy puppy. I took her to the vet today, and he said she's healthy, up to date on her shots, etc. She came off the truck wagging her tail and so very happy, so the truck ride couldn't have been that bad....I was worried about that. For anyone else, know that once you pay for your puppy, you have to wait 1-3 weeks. I got mine just under 3 weeks. But the wait was worth it. If I wanted another dog, I would go through Puppy Spot again! Thanks!!

This was my third experience with puppy spot and I would say that the quality of customer care is getting worse- BUT my transporter Katherine was incredible AND my puppy Moonpie is absolute perfection. Insist on a contact liaison to work with during the waiting process otherwise you’ll spend hours on hold getting info.

This company is just awful. You do not speak to the same person at customer service, some are compassionate and others can care less. They are more like car salesmen than anything else. They have many high sounding statements like "we do a DNA check" and "provide a health guarantee", but when you actually ask them direct questions, they do not provide specific responses. Once your purchase a puppy, you have no choice in delivery service or in any step along the way. Several weeks short of receiving my puppy, I got a phone call from customer service saying they can no longer send me the puppy, and could not provide a reason why, short of "he has an infection in the tail." I requested additional information and to speak directly with the breeder, but nothing. Ideal to go directly to a breeder, not an intermediary broker..

Brad answered my many questions and took tome to help me understand the process. We received Millie, our Bernedoodle puppy, at 12 weeks old. We waited patiently for her, but knew that the breeder and PuppySpot were looking out for her health and safety, which is why she couldn'tarriveat a younger age. The pet courier company was wonderful; great communication throughout the day our pup was to arrive. We love our Millie girl!
