PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

I purchased the “pup pack” for my Great Dane. I receive a set of bowls for a chihuahua and a bed for a cocker. My 6 month Great Dane is 6 months old and barely fits in the bed. He will no longer fit in his bed in a month or two. What a great WASTE of money. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I initially gave them great reviews and would recommend them to friends, if this company truly believes this is appropriate, I would never have used them. Worthless package.

We has wonderful experience with PuppySpot and Pet Premier Transportation. We are happy to have two Havanese (3 yo and 5 months) which are healthy and handsome. PuppySpot representatives guided through the process and followed up with us on the puppy travel plan and next steps after the puppy arrives. We highly recommend PuppySpot to anyone who is looking for a puppy.

Pup spot is the worst. They are thieves

The experience was absolutely awesome! I'm incredibly happy with my adorable four-legged fur baby. Everything went smoothly, and my puppy is just so adorable. He was in desperate need of a bath, but it was totally worth it. Thank you Marianne Cadwell Rockville, MD

Great experience! Super easy, healthy puppy with lots of personality and the delivery people were kind and efficient. Only wish there was a KittySpot too!

Yesterday, our Vet said that Cassidy is one of most hyper active puppies he has seen. It's apparent that she was not handled as a newborn, and she constantly bites to draw blood. She also has been treated for an ongoing giardia infection, first noticed by the breeder. Your screening process is woefully flawed, and again, we do not have a happy or healthy puppy.

We met with the puppy transport person at an Arby's in Bluffton, Indiana. She was very caring and knowledgeable about the pup and answered all of our questions about feeding, socialization, and veterinary care. The visit went perfectly and our little Golden Retriever is already bonded to us and playing constantly!

Worst customer service! Left numerous emails and text messages. Good luck trying to get somebody on the phone. We received our puppy at 10pm in a parking lot. The next morning we noticed the paperwork we received was for a different puppy. Never deal this company.
