No verbal communication after the purchase of the puppy. They flooded my email with information but but didn’t respond to my emails or phone messages. I had to make several phone calls that would ring for 20 minutes before I would give up. Finally got through one time and the person I spoke to sounded a little annoyed that she had to take a phone call. My puppy came home with 2 different types of parasites and one of them still isn’t gone away and I’ve had her for 2 months!

The entire PuppySpot experience was positive; customer service was very helpful in walking us through the process, the deliver process was great and on-time, and the follow-up was excellent.

My main concern is that I believe my puppy could have come from a puppy mill. Family cited.
