You follow the contract all the way through, from beginning to end, with constant up ticks of texts to keep your customers thoroughly informed. This is so important, when our contact is not directly to the breeder. I have been totally satisfied with PuppySpot and am so thrilled with my little Cody.

Despite all the terrible things you can read online from other websites about puppy websites being a front for puppy mills that can lead you to get traumatized dogs or dogs that are unhealthy, so far that has not been our experience. Our puppy was a happy healthy wonderful dog who was around 5 months old and who was well trained and obviously loved and cared for by the breeder. The PuppySpot process was well orchestrated, punctual and provided us with all the resources we needed to get started with our puppy. They set up expectations well about the timing and method of delivery. They were in good communication with us and made sure we were available for our pickup and the pickup went without a hitch. They asked lots of questions to help ensure the puppy was going to a good home and provided good answers to our questions. My kids are over the moon with their new puppy and without a company like PuppySpot to arrange the purchase, I'm not even sure how anyone would go about getting started getting anything other than a traumatized or dangerous pit-pull from a shelter.

It took me a bit to figure out how to down load my billing information on my computer. For me it was easier to use my phone with a picture. Once the bill is paid I can simply delete the pictures. I especially liked how quickly you responded to my submission. I'm sure I'll rate this higher once I receive payment.

I spoke to 2 different reps before reserving my puppy. They were both very informative sent pics of both puppy parents and stayed in touch while I waited for my puppy to come home.
