They kept in constant contact, I was updated on everything, if I had any question they were quick to answer. Everything went very smoothly, and we love our new puppy!

At first we were concerned about the process of buying a puppy. But after the easy process and constant emails/calls from Puppy spot, everything went great. The puppy was exactly as described. The puppy was in good health. Overall, we would buy again from them if we needed another pet.

Puppy came to us sick with giardia and vaginitis. We spent $370 at the vet for X-rays and medication. And that was only on the 5th day we had her. We have purchased one other dog thru you and the puppy was healthy and had no issues. Initially the vet thought she had parvovirus which would have been deadly to her. We know you can do better, but perhaps you should be screening your breeders a bit more closely. We DID NOT expect this unhealthy puppy to be delivered to us Dave and Kerrie Sartin 303-588-8284

The process was totally problem free. Things happened as stated and there were no glitches.

NEVER buy from these people!! We got screwed so bad because we prepared for weeks for our baby and all of a sudden we can’t have it because of a leg issue. The worst place ever!! I would advise all to go somewhere else. They suck

They mostly did what they said, but it was real hard to get answers once they received the payment. They were not concerned about the comfort level of the purchaser

Everything was as they stated everything worked out the way they said the driver arrived early and we got a great dog.

We received our puppy this week. Communication with the company was difficult and confusing. Puppy arrived soiled in a crate after spending many hours inside a crate for the flight from Indiana to North Carolina. I wouldn't transport a puppy like that again. Puppy and crate were smelly and dirty. I immediately gave the puppy a bath after getting home from the airport. Also, the paperwork I received from the "head to tail" vet check indicated that our puppy tested positive for giardia before being sent to us. No information or medication was provided, and I tried to call Puppy Spot about it and could not get anyone on the phone--I just sat on hold FOREVER, even though I tried calling twice. Very frustrating. Also, I recommend reading the details of the health guarantee CAREFULLY.
