We were so glad to receive our Welsh corgi puppy safely! After losing our 14 1/2-year-old Welsh corgi recently, we were dealing with a lot of sadness. The Premier Pet Transport folks did a fantastic job communicating with us and giving us peace of mind through the whole transport process. The gentlemen on the cargo van were very professional and provided our puppy with loving care. They even had to work through a weather delay (icy conditions) and gave us assurance that all would work out the following day at the same time and location. We also want to thank the sales team and travel team at Puppy Spot for helping us with our puppy and answering all of our questions. Some folks warned us to not get scammed and I can say with confidence, these are reputable companies, and I would gladly refer them to others.

The person to person communication was excellent and all went well with my puppy pick up. What did not work for me was their 1) Puppyspot webpage: would not allow me to see my profile. I resent my email several times and never received the confirmation email 2) Free tags- entered my phone number 3 times and never worked Otherwise I was very happy with the service. My puppy Bailey is perfect!

We were informed that our new puppy would be transported by plane only if the destination was one hour or less from our home. There was a direct flight from her originating airport to our hometown but she was put on a flight that terminated 2.5 hours away from us! Also, we received an email stating her flight would be delayed by one day but she arrived on the original date and we didn't know it until the airport called us to let us know there was a puppy there for us! DISASTER!!!

We love our new mini-goldendoodle, Eunice! This is our first time working with a company to get a dog. I am very pleased with the medical and vaccination information that came with her. Unfortunately, she arrived with kennel cough and now has diarrhea. Her experience with the travel must have been traumatic because she reacts violently when being put in a crate for travel. Any other dog we have had love rides in the car. It seems like PuppySpot needs to revisit their travel partners, as well as, provide more information to their customers about any previous training/practices they used with your new puppy.

Our experience with PuppySpot was excellent from start to finish. The puppy concierge was friendly and helpful, the information provided answered our questions, and the breeder was fantastic!

The company kept me informed about my puppy regularly such as her weight, her food requirements, etc. prior to getting her so I could be well prepared, when she would arrive and information as to what her needs will be when I pick her up. I'm not sure about the guarantees they make for puppies up to 10 yrs. as stated on the website, meaning do new owners need to purchase insurance for this to become valid. I haven't had a chance to read all the insurance info I've received. If insurance is required, then I'm not happy to know I must put up more money as this process already costs a fortune! But I'm very, very happy to know this company wants puppy mills to end and if they put their best foot forward to accomplishing the end of animal abuse, it's worth it, though my personal feelings are to adopt from animal shelters first and then investigate other options thoroughly before making an important decision as this.

There are many things I think puppy spot does well. I can agree based on the positive reviews. My situation and my puppy’s transport caused my rating. My puppy spent 3 days in a crate being transported from Illinois to Florida with 9 other dogs. For the money I spent that was unhealthy and detrimental to my puppy. He has a serious parasite which I have been treating under my vets care since I got him. He is adverse to sleeping in the crate. Understandable considering transport. Although I am satisfied with the responsiveness of puppy spot with communication I would not buy a puppy from them. I was only given the breeders name when my puppy was delivered the breeder does not respond to emails. My puppy was 12 weeks old and I would have liked to know about his training. None was provided. I love my puppy but spent a lot all in with purchase and transport to not get his history so I’m not satisfied. I’ve also read puppy spot sells from puppy mills. It is possible my breeder may be one that puppy spot should not sell puppies from. The name has negative comments. Since they don’t care to communicate with buyers of their puppies it’s telling to me. My bad not doing more research.

The professional service which was received.
