Little to no communication before puppies travel date. Zero options on date or time when to pick up your puppy with less than a week to make arrangements with work or family. An extremely high price tag for "transportation" which still led to over an hour of travel to get to the meet up location, it would've been cheaper just to travel and pick up our puppy ourselves. You are given no options regarding transportation because the company is moving a larger amount of puppies at once and finds the easiest middle point for buyers, it has nothing to do with limiting stress of the puppies as we were told. Our puppy is amazing and in great health which we are very grateful for, however the transportation option is very misleading / inconvenient / and over priced for what you receive.

John, that I spoke with and worked the whole process with us was very kind and helpful.

Buying a puppy was very easy and I do have relative confidence that the puppy comes from good stock. I was specifically looking for an older puppy that would be housebroken already by the time it arrived, as I don’t have the bandwidth or wherewithal to do puppy house training. I was assured by PuppySpot via the breeders that my puppy was already housebroken. That was good news and the basis for my decision to select this particular puppy. Bad news: he’s reverse house trained — he ONLY goes indoors, all over my carpet, rugs, and floors and holds it when he’s outside. I now have to spend $2000 to get him potty trained, on top of the $5000+ I paid for him. Communication was poor as well. From the time I paid for him until he arrived, I had to continually follow up and request updates. I didn’t get any update until just before he was finally about to be delivered. I must add that, after alerting PuppySpot to these issues, they were very responsive and helpful. I appreciate the way they handled things. It sounds like the miscommunication came from the breeders and not PuppySpot.

I am so happy with my new puppy. I have appreciated the availability and helpfulness of each person I spoke to at Puppyspot. My questions were answered clearly. The meetup with the breeder went smoothly and she gave me food, leash and collar, and a small cloth with litter mates smell on it for the transition home. PuppySpot sent a gift box of a bed, toys, blanket and leash which have been gratefully received and much appreciated. My puppy is in excellent health and obviously well-cared for which is what PuppySpot advertises. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

Communication was excellent you kept me informed of all possible challenges. I used the ground transportation and went flawless and communication by that team was excellent. Nothing was assumed by the whole team so again I want to say how communication is so important for this transfer. I would recommend and have told friends of how this process was exceptional. I want to thank everyone from start to finish who was involved in my experiences.
