They were very helpful in answering any questions we had. They shipped her as said and arrived early and asked if we would like to pickup early. A great experience.

This team seems inadequately trained or skilled to manage high volume work —which they apparently have. Warning about parasites makes me somewhat relieved Puppy Spot blew me off and kept my deposit after I sent final payment TWICE before 72 hours. They managed to receive my deposit but then returned/rejected my final payment before 72 hours over the long holiday weekend. Inexcusable. Unprofessional. Unethical. Arguably illegal. Emailed CEO and VP Customer experience. Will pursue with management.

Everything worked out great. The whole process worked out as promised.

Price listed was very misleading. Although I paid extra for delivery "near me" I still had to drive two and a half hours to pick her up. Was not able to sign up on Puppyspot web site. Kept getting error br422. They also make you buy all sorts of extras not included in the listing. No I would not feel comfortable recommending them to a friend.

PuppySpot was up front and helpful with everything. The adoption went very smooth and enjoyable.

Uno aka Charlie got here safe and sound and healthy! And the drivers kept us informed of when he would get here. Adam and I are very happy.

Our new puppy is perfect. The process was seamless and our breeder, with whom we had no prior contact, called us upon our puppy's arrival to help with the transition. Just lovely.

My puppy arrived feisty and well, when he arrived at cargo from American Airlines. I feel PuppySpot answered all my questions as best they could. My only reason for not giving a 5 star, was because the breeder supplied pictures showing the puppy with at least one blue eye. he arrived with almost black eyes. I originally picked the puppy from the photo because I thought he had blue eyes. I feel the breeder was dishonest. However, we do love the fluffy puppy and he is loved.
