The driver was very professional and very friendly. He was already there when we arrived. He was very caring about the safety of the dogs. The transition, all the communications from the company, and the hard work of the driver went smoothly and was very appreciated. It was evident my puppy was well taken cared of for the 2 day trip. Thank you very much. Puppy Spot was extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with. We love our Mini Bernadoodle. We are so happy!

I bought 2 puppies from puppyspot…received them 12/20/23they met my vet 1/04/24. 14 days… 1 showed infected with 3 different parasites. >30 on each of parasite..One parasite highly contagious, whipworms.i had to treat both of them for they reside in same house.. the chip in the one infected does not match chip data base. This is all true….i have conducted more research, by contacting the vets of these so called Vetted checked…. No fecal preformed on Willis. Rosie’s breeder did all his own vaccinating and chipping of Rosie the vet Administered the Rabies only at the transporting facility…. Puppyspot needs to be investigated

Puppyspot breeders/corporations four initial guarantees were very important to me. Phone call between company representative and myself provided information regarding my dog choice but did not press me to purchase the dog. Breeder sent the dog in good condition on the date specified. Would have liked grooming (around eyes). Puppy aftercare instructions available for customer. Goodies box provided by Chewy for puppy weeks after puppy arrival was appreciated! Jill Schostag
