Puppy spot was wonderful I love the ads I love the gentleman that talk to me very nicely told me about the finance I can get for a puppy and the experience was very good I never thought this was going to be a good experience for me,but now that I have my new family member everybody loves him I will always remember puppy spot and if I can in the next following years I will get another one from puppy spot the experience here is very very good quick and fast I am so appreciated with this company God bless you all and thank you for helping me to find my new family member

Maggie's flight went well and she did not seem stressed from the flight.

Your quick response to all my questions and concerns is outstanding! I’d recommend you to anyone looking for a particular dog.

Dealing directly with the breeder is always best due to puppy specifics and the new owner’s nervousness. I wanted to know things like puppy food she was used to, any treats that she was partial too and other puppy specific questions before she arrived so I was better prepared for her. This helps a great deal when spending over $3,000 on a puppy that is sight unseen and unheld. Seeing that every new buyer at Puppyspot will be nervous due to internet sales, rumors of puppy mills and scams. There is a good deal of negative reviews and opinions on the web regarding Puppyspot. However, Derek went to great lengths on helping me to choose the right breed and specific puppy. He made me feel at ease, although, I was a bit too nervous until I had Bobi-Sue (Blossom) in my arms. I strongly recommend that, after the purchase is completed, the buyer has access to the actual breeder. This will eliminate most if not all of the “honest” negative reviews from nervous nennies. We don’t like “trust me” as a response to questions only the breeder can answer. You can advertise this ability or not but email the buyer the “paid” breeder info to help the buyer in feeling more prepared for such a wonderful adventure as me and Bobi-Sue are embarking on. Thanks, Puppyspot and Derek. I would purchase from you again - now that I have my puppy. Bob

Puppy Spot was Fantastic. The whole team experience was great from my initial contact. Very informative n it was a smooth experience from beginning to my receiving my little Ella. I Love Ella n Thank Everyone For a Smooth Transition. Sincerely Mary Thomas

We were shocked see our puppy’s tail had been docked. We believe we should have been informed. Also, the communication was very poor. I sent an email asking about weight and because she is 5 months old would she be spayed. No answer ever.

Over all it was wonderful. I love the puppy. She is adorable and exactly as shown on the website. The woman who help with the sale was great. My one comment is that more communication on the travel arrangements would have been helpful. It all worked great but it required that I research and follow the flight.

We brought our beautiful new puppy Faye home yesterday!!! Her vet check was perfect!
