Steer clear!! Did more research and unfortunately found out their practices aren’t what they seem! Changed my mind less than 24 hours for a pup that wasn’t even available until the next month and they are trying to keep over $1200 of my money for “admin” reasons. Then when I called to cancel my call kept getting sent to voicemail until I called from my husbands and sons phone!!! Any company that just ships off a brand new puppy isn’t it!!

I am so happy with my puppy! The only draw back is that the website says he comes with a 10-year health guarantee. But you have to purchase the health insurance for $30.00 a month to make sure you have the guarantee. I also had to pay for a delivery fee almost $300.00. The only drawback to that was that I had to drive 8.5 hours there and 8.5 hours back to pick my puppy up in the hometown only 10 minutes from the breeder's home. So why did I have to pay a delivery fee.

PuppySpot was quick to respond to any questions I had. Breeder made it easy and met me at the airport and our new little guy is thriving!

Your company had great customer service in accommodating me regarding Cade's delivery. The people I spoke with there were intelligent, helpful, and pleasant. These assets are becoming increasingly rare in most company's customer service today. I also like the literature and educational emails you forwarded. Overall, a class act.

Sales person Madison was great, but Follow up to arrange the puppy transport and everything else not so great. Too many different people responsible for the same customer. Very unorganized company, no live inbound customer support after I paid almost 4,000 for the puppy. Made excuses, did not accurately record my transporter details until the day before pick up. Did not confirm transport details until the day before we were scheduled to pick up our puppy. Too reliant on email communications. We had to contact them last minute as they failed to contact us as promised with breeder contact information which caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety. They didn’t provide the breeder contact information until day before pick up even though I had already paid for our puppy. The breeder was non responsive during the process. They created alot of stress for something that should have been joyful experience: I literally thought this was a scam and they had stolen my 4,000 dollars until my transporter actually l picked up the puppy.

We were told they were going to drive Arthur here and then decide to send him by plane to Portland Oregon which was a 5 hour drive to pick him up only to find out he was going to be delayed by 2 hours then 4 hours then ended up getting to Portland 7 1/2 hours late (9pm) and we had to drive home 5 1/2 hours. I felt so bad for Arthur. We did not get one piece of communication from PuppySpot about all the delays. That frustrates me. It seems they could have changed planes sooner than keep him in a crate for 14 hours. I was so sad for the dog . PuppySpot needed to be more proactive with communication.

what went wrong is after I bought the dog I could not get anyone on the phone unless I block my number also when I finial did get someone, I need my dog records because I was at the vet they said they we get right back to me and that was three days ago!!!

Poor communication Outright deceiving Once sale is made you get a whole lot different deal than the one that sales person promised you Untrustworthy I would not buy for them ever again
