Was lead to believe I could contact puppy spot ANYTIME with questions or concerns. I had a concern and called 4 times to get an answer and once I got a return call. Was told “I’ll look into it”. Was told the puppy would be up to date on shots. NOT SO. This is very upsetting as I now have to wait a month before I can take her to training. That puts her at 4 months. Drivers Clint and chuck we very nice.

So, I purchased this adorable puppy & what gets me is I was charged almost a grand for shipping him, for that the dog should be shipped to your door. Nope, I had to drive to the next town to meet with 2 guys in a van at Sam’s club parking lot. I received the puppy last week & he has been sick everyday. He goes for his second vet appt today. The whole health coverage thing is only if you get pet health insurance. Not everyone can add that expense to their bills. I’d rather just pay when I go to the vet. I expected better customer service than what I got. And a sick puppy? Come on, there should be a better guarantee. This is ridiculous, it’s gonna cost over $100 again & I only had him for a week.

The company was very good about keeping us up to date on our Pup’s well being and once they knew when snd how she would be traveling, they were non stop regarding her travel plans! The drivers from Premier called us more then once and the morning she was coming bc they were getting there early! So we always knew what was happening! Nathan, and Dallas were great when we got our new pup!!
