In the beginning, it was hard to get communication back-and-forth regarding Gordon. But shortly there after that communication was constant complete and thorough.. they honestly really really cared about Gordon and his health and his safe journey to us. Rachel, the puppy chaperone was excellent and fabulous. She made the transition even that much better. she kept in constant contact with us and sent me photos.. we loved her!!!

We are very disappointed in PuppySpot. We received our Great Dane puppy at 3 months with diarrhea . We did take the dog in for a check up once received however in the 3rd week of ownership our puppy needed to be hospitalized for running a fever and the diarrhea. Our bill was over $2000 and puppyspot is taking no responsibility for the puppy arriving ill. Our puppy apparently has traveled for 22 hours to get to our location in a van with other dogs and mush have caught some type of bacteria. Unfortunately our dog insurance we have has a 30 day wait period so nothing was covered. We are pleased the puppy is doing well today however after you pay a lot of money for the dog you would expect it to be healthy. Buyer beware is all we can say. Our experience with the company was very poor!!

We were looking for a Bernedoodle puppy. After selecting a few on Puppyspot, I called their number only to find out where those particular dogs were located, as we want to see and meet a puppy before we buy it. Paul at Puppyspot, after spending way too much time telling me how good they are and repeating the exact same info listed on the website, eventually told me the puppy was in Ohio. I told him that we live in San Diego and Ohio is out of our search area. He immediately told me that there are no Bernedoodles in California. After I informed him that was not true and that we had already looked at 5 puppies here, he switched gears and told me the breeders in California were no good. So we will not go through Puppyspot again. I'm sure that puppies listed on Puppyspot are fine, but the evasive customer service is a huge turnoff.

Everything was as smooth as could be! Great service from the staff, the driver was exceptional, all around fabulous experience! Absolutely in LOVE with my baby Sprinkles!!!! Thank You Puppy Spot!

It was wonderful to know the puppy breeder was well vetted and reliable. Our pup is really well socialized and has been living and sweet. I’m sure the terrible 2s are just around the corner, but she’s so smart, I’m sure we will be fine❤️

On February 3, 2024, I was sold a puppy with the promise that the near-home delivery would be in Phoenix. Then I was informed that I had to drive to Flagstaff Airport to pick up the puppy which is 2 hours away from Phoenix, with road construction from Phoenix to Flagstaff and 4 feet of snow in Flagstaff. These are dangerous and unsafe driving conditions. I was upset about this but forced to do it. From the beginning, calling Puppy Spot is impossible. The line rings and rings and then hangs up automatically. The Puppy Spot website won't allow me to log in as it refuses my password and then the submit button doesn't function. I asked to speak with a supervisor when someone finally called me. The supervisor was very helpful with sending directions to the Flagstaff Airport but she resorted to emails and I really needed to talk to a live person. She sent me an email with a heading 'Do not use' and I was very confused. I spent hours trying to find someone who could help me. Only one person was apologetic. I have had two wonderful experiences getting puppies with Puppy Spot in the past. This experience was difficult and very challenging and I won't ever get another puppy from this company unless it has easy access to real people to help the customer.
