All involved very good at giving important information for transportation. I was disappointed that no feeding instructions were included and no information about the litter. Perhaps a picture of the parents. Felt a bit like a low class breeder. The puppy is adorable and I would not return her.

I am totally obsessed with my dog but I wouldn’t use puppy spot again. I was told that puppy spot will “vet” the breeder. My poor puppy arrived filthy, smelly and obviously drugged and 24 hours earlier without notification. From the get go my puppy was plagued with ear infections and giardia. The straw that broke the camels back was that my 2 year old was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and arthritis. I called puppyspot to inform them. They told me that they no longer deal with that breeder and gave me a small percentage of what I paid for my dog. Thank god we had insurance from day one but live in fear that they will drop us. Stay away from puppyspot not worth the heart ache or money.

If you are purchasing a puppy online, you are really putting your trust in people you have never met. The presale communication with Puppy Spot was very good. They assured us they didn't deal with puppy mills and they constantly reviewed their breeders. They addressed all of our concerns and then expressed their expectations regarding their guarantees after the purchase. We would have liked to have the opportunity to speak to the breeders to get an idea of the puppy's personality, likes and dislikes and whatever training had been done. In our case we were very lucky our Maltese puppy Mindi is beautiful, very friendly and smart. Her breeders should be commended. Premier Pet delivered her in excellent condition and were very professional and personable. The delivery was only 20 minutes from our house and they arrived early which was great! She was happy and clean and very affectionate. The reason our review is only 4 stars is because once we purchased the puppy we were unable to get anyone to answer the phone. When a puppy is purchased he/she are removed from the site- which only makes sense. You can set up an account to keep tabs on the puppy. All of this sounds good but there are no updates and no one to answer your concerns. With all this being said we are planning on purchasing another puppy once we get Mindi trained and settled in. We are hoping we are able to purchase from the same breeder.

My greatest concern was to locate a reliable breeder. Puppy Spot gave me the confidence that the breeders were thoroughly vetted. Consequently, I have a beautiful puppy who was well cared for by her breeder. My puppies healthcare was fully documented by the breeder, so my vet had no questions about her early care. The associate who I talked to took a lot of time with me, answering my many queations, and providing pertinent information. American Airlines provided my puppy's transportation and she arrived without any trauma to her. I liked that I could track her progress in flight. The information provided about her flight and pick-up was excellent. Altogether, a terrific experience.

Overall very thorough company. Premier Pet Transport LLC, specifically Dallas & Nathan, were great. Our puppy arrived promptly at the appointed time and location, clean, brushed, and smelling wonderful! The only reason I didn’t rate five stars is that my experience with making direct calls to puppy spot was that I could never actually get a person on the phone.

I’ve been thinking about this review for awhile. It’s not easy to figure out what stars to give because I have ended up with the MOST AMAZING puppy that ever lived. My puppy is more perfect in every way than I imagined; social, calm, potty trainable, beautiful, healthy and so much more. So the end justifies the means right? Well I’m not sure I would recommend PuppySpot bc of the lack of communication for the three weeks I waited to receive him. They don’t answer the phone. The people who respond to emails don’t know your puppy. I never heard from the breeder. No letter no note when he arrived. But when he was on the way the communication was good. The delivery company was professional. He had all of his vaccines. He was not stressed. He licked my face up and down when we met. Listen he is the best gift next to my children, but PuppySpot did not communicate well (or at all) so I feel like I just got lucky. Thank you the breeder who did a lovely job even though I never will have the chance to thank them.
