Roy & Joey were waiting for everyone to arrive. Roy was very nice as was Joey. Idris was happy, wagging his tail. To me, that is a sign that there was attention to the good care of each puppy. I would choose this transport company knowing the clients will receive quality care for their future forever family member.

If you are looking for the best place to find a puppy, you have found it. I was very sketchy about going through them as I had never heard of puppy spot. I called to verify the company and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt assured I wasn’t being scammed and received a very healthy puppy. He is well adjusted even within hours of recieving him. I want to also thank the breeder for doing such an amazing job with River. We bonded instantly and I could not be happier! Puppyspot was absolutely amazing to work with. From beginning to getting our havanese female puppy, they kept us informed throughout the process. After dealing with scammers on line, we were a little skeptical if Puppyspot would be legit. We can honestly say, they are honest and they delivered our puppy via Dallas and Nathan through Premier Pet Transport LLC as scheduled on 3/8/24. I had a tough time trying to make a pick up time for my puppy. I have to have at least a 2 week notice for my job in order to request off. I received my puppies arrival time and emailed back saying I could not do that. I received a call in about 2 days and spoke to a lady explaining why I couldn't do that time due to my job. She didn't seem to happy about having to reschedule my pick up. Anyways, she must of pulled some strings and I was able to receive a 2 week notice for pick. I really appreciated this!
