The entire experience from the initial contact for whestions, to the actual purchase of our puopyy was great. After that we were updated every step of the way. We receved our puppy within 2 weeks and who was healthy and just what we had hoped.

Said they do not do puppy mills. But our puppy came from the puppy mill that provides puppies to Petland. Puppy came home with Giardia and gave it to my other dog. So now treating both.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with in my life first of all they don’t return your calls. They don’t want to fix the problem. They totally ignore you once they get your money and you’re out of the picture my recommendation, if you’re going to buy a dog go somewhere else this is a horrible horrible place. I mean run fast. One more thing when paying your final closing obvious and you’ll see things added that you told me you didn’t want to make sure bill higher. Please don’t buy from this company please you making a huge mistake.

I bought a 20-week-old fawn, apple head Chihuahua puppy from Puppy Spot, and the Customer Service was amazing. The lady did everything possible to guide me in the process. She explained every step that was to take place. She alleviated all of my anxieties and stress. I definitely would deal with this company again. I love my little guy so much!

Be honest about the travel plans. Do not tell buyers, puppy would be delivered within 50 miles of your home, and have it changed from driving to flying into airport. We were not consulted.
