This was on of the best experiences we had! From the excellent customer service, the professionalism and the great communication, I will recommend Puppy Spot to all my friends and family!

Overall, a good experience. My husband and I were a little weary to pull the trigger on buying a pup online, as we read a lot of positive reviews but also read several negative reviews. We decided to trust the process and so glad we did. We got our puppy, who was exactly as pictured and describe & we got our perfect little pup who was healthy and came from a reputable breeder. Communication during the pre-sale process was overly efficient and easy to get in touch with a puppyspot representative. Once we purchased the puppy, communication fell completely to the waist side which was a little stressful and frustrating. We agreed on a delivery date and after several call attempts to customer service, i was told the travel plans changed - which resulted in us having to drive from NY to Indiana to pick up the dog in person. However, so glad we did because we were able to meet the breeder in person and ensure safe travel plans home for our little guy! Puppyspot refuses to share breeder info upfront due to NDA compliance, however, we were given all the breeders information, all health and vaccination history upon puppy pick up. When we got home, we brought our pup to our local vet just to have him re-checked and everything was just as shared with us. He was perfectly healthy and our vet was impressed with the level of detail our breeder went into to ensure his health! Highly encourage going through Puppyspot but I would ensure to finalize all travel details upfront so you don’t run into the same issue we did’

A healthy, happy, puppy is the most important thing and that is what we got and we are super happy about that. However, it’s a lot like adopting a child and you need and want to know about what their little lives are like before they come to you. We were promised photo updates every two weeks which we did not get, there was exactly one photo update from the time we purchased to the day we picked her up there was no live interaction with a human regarding our pup specifically. We asked repeatedly for photo updates that seem to have been ignored. We did receive regular email notices about her after care which were helpful. Our puppy was well fed and happy but much was left to be desired for follow up after the sale. Other than that, she was very well cared for, packed very well for shipping and came to us in wonderful condition. Overall the experience was a good one. Just felt like we were hanging out on a limb for about 5 weeks. The people we did have actual conversations with were lovely.

My whole experience with Puppy Spot was great. They respond to your requests quickly and the transporting of my puppy was right on time and the puppy was all nice and clean after her long trip. Excellent company to deal with.

This dog is sick and emotionally unstable . Severe yeast infection in both ears. Bad stomach. Diarrhea. Vomiting white bile. Flee infestation. Extreme emotional separation anxiety. Much fear of all things.now the company seems to be telling me I must pay more money for their pet insurance to get help for what they did and didn’t do.

We got an adorable Bernese mountain dog. She arrived clean and happy. The process was so easy. They were responsive by calling us on the phone and texting us. Puppy is growing healthy and a great dog! Highly recommend puppy spot!!
