A+ Service All The Way!!! Thank You!
A++++ I can’t say “Thank You” enough for the amazing one of a kind top shelf customer service from start to finish with finding our forever fur baby “Brent Eugene” with this company! I was skeptical at first using any online company that I could really trust… And luckily I stumbled upon PuppySpot! They kept me updated every step of the way and made this one of the greatest experiences of our lives! And the carriers we dealt with Chuck and Skyler were two of the most knowledgeable, kind and best people I’ve ever encountered! This company has the very best people working for them and I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality, trustworthy and communicative experience. Thank you Chuck and Skylar for blessing us here at home with such a blessing in our new baby boy puppy Brent!!! I can’t say it enough… PuppySpot is the very best all around!

Wonderful from start to finish
From the moment I started looking for our puppy on puppyspot my experience was fabulous. Everyone was super helpful and patient with us. We are so happy with our little boy! This was such a great experience!

Great experience picking up our new…
Great experience picking up our new puppy and we thank all involved for making this an easy transition for us and the dog!! And thank you to Clinton and Nathan T for transporting the puppy safely.

Dallas and Ryan were awesome
Dallas and Ryan were awesome! Sent us photos of our pup in transit and she arrived happy and clean! She is an Angel and her breeder had begun potty training and crate training prior to us getting her!

My Baby is Finally Home
I just received my labradoodle puppy today and she took to me right away. Puppyspot was there for me from beginning to delivery. Any questions I had they were available. The delivery drivers Nathan T and Clinton from Premier Pet Transport made sure delivery was perfect. They made sure I was provided all of my puppy’s paperwork and they even gave her a light shampoo after all that traveling and my puppy smells so good! Thank you PuppySpot! I couldn’t be happier 🥰

So grateful for Dixie
I just received my puppy Dixie and I couldn’t be happier. It was immediate love! She is the sweetest little girl and I’m so happy that she is mine. Puppy Spot was awesome, they kept in touch through the entire process and their transport company Premier Pet Transport was great. Their drivers Nathan B and Gary were fantastic and stayed in contact with me until drop off was made. I couldn’t be happier and am so grateful that the entire process went so smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Nathan B and Gary were very responsive…
Nathan B and Gary were very responsive to me even though Puppy Spot gave them the wrong contact information. They were able to work with me and my location and even drop off the puppy early. They are professional and very kind gentlemen. Highly recommend.

PuppySpot & Premier Pet transport made…
PuppySpot & Premier Pet transport made sure I got my baby on the day they said I was gonna get him. A 5⭐️! for Dallas and Ryan they made sure to contact me once they arrived explained to me the next steps to take to make sure my baby is healthy. I enjoyed the whole process. Huge thanks to Dallas and Ryan they made this experience 10 times better. :)
