Top notch
We are so pleased with the entire experience we had choosing and receiving our new puppy. The customer service is top notch and the delivery was seamless. Our drivers Joey and Roy clearly love the animals and she arrived happy and healthy.

Excellent customer service from finding…
Excellent customer service from finding information to delivery. Amanda helped with the process and they all want what is best for the animal. Communication is thorough and ongoing from your inquiry all the way to delivery. Skyler and Chuck were the delivery drivers and our pup came clean, tail wagging and very well adjusted. He ate and drank right away and went the bathroom. Quality service and responsible transaction. Thank you!

Premier Pet Transport Review
Premier Pet Transport is so great.. Joey and Roy were so kind and sweet! I really was worried about the transportation side of things because I didn’t hear much about it until right before we got our girl, but once we were there to pick her up, I was quickly calmed with the kindness of our transports! She was clean and happy and seemed very comfortable and cared for. I couldn’t have nicer things to say about Joey and Roy!

PREMIER TRANSFER ONLY
Chuck and Ryan delivered our puppy Whitney on time. They communicated perfectly about the delivery times, and kept us updated during travels. The only feedback is, please don’t spray the puppies with perfume. We had to bathe Whitney as soon as we got home because the strong smell was making us sick and the puppy would not stop scratching. Thank Chuck and Ryan (5 stars for these guys - they’re amazing) Puppy Spot gets a three star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ only.

This is a class A organization. Keep doing what you are doing. At this time I don’t have anything that I thing you need to do better.
