Premier Pet Transport did a great job of communicating the details of our puppy’s transportation in the weeks leading up to her delivery. At the pickup, Nathan T and Clinton, were professional, efficient, and ready to answer all our questions. We are very happy with the service.

This was the second time that I purchased a puppy with puppyspot. As before is was a painless process. There was some phone tag but everything worked out perfectly. Chuck and Skyler with premier pet transport were delightful. They were even early which worked out well and a beautiful happy puppy Puppy was healthy and happy…I was blessed!

Communication ends with your payment. We were told our puppy would be coming to us via ground transport with "certified" dog delivery people. We recently found out that our puppy will be arriving at Logan International Airport. He will be taking a 5 hour ride, to Chicago International Airport, in a crate, and loaded onto an airplane for a 2+ hour flight. Potentially 10 hours in a crate. We were advised to bring cleaning supplies to the pickup as the puppy most likely would have soiled himself in the crate. This should devastate our crate training!!. Our puppy will learn to pee and poop in the crate. Every person we spoke with lied to us. Frequently during the same conversation they would contradict their previous statement. I will update when/if the puppy arrives at our home. Our puppy made it to us. No sprinter van, our puppy came by Jet. He was cargo on American Airlines. Don't believe them when they tell you about the "custom sprinter van" that will carry your puppy safely to you. Don't believe them when they tell you that there customer care department will handle all your issues or questions. Don't believe them when they tell you that getting you a healthy/happy puppy is their only motivation. They lie. Once they get your payment, that's it. You will never be able to speak to another person. Your calls just go into the call waiting room, and nobody at puppyspot ever picks up. All their phone numbers go to the same message system. As far as their 10 year health commitment: only congenital or hereditary conditions are covered, and, they are only covered if you have health insurance on the puppy. We have an appointment with the vet on Thursday. I'll let you know how healthy he is then.

Communication!

So far I’ve been very impressed with puppy spot. Communications have been excellent. Staff listened to my questions no matter how annoying. I’ve never picked a dog based solely on an image but such is the modern age we live in. I think of it like “Carvana” for puppies. Delivery from Premiere pet transport was really great. Such a long trip for the puppies but my little Ginger has adjusted well to New England. She did not seem stressed… was healthy and happy. Thank you to Dalton and Denton at Premiere ans Liz and the staff at PuppySpot!!
