PuppySpot and Premiere Pet Transport made everything so easy. Nathan T and Clinton arrived exactly when they said they would and we couldn’t be happier with our new fur baby. There was constant communication from the beginning of the process up until one hour before delivery. Very happy 😃

Everything about the process, from selecting our puppy and interviewing with Puppy Spot to meeting up with Chuck and Ryan from Premiere Pet Transport to receive our puppy, was great. When I asked for updated photos, I received them within a couple days. Picking pet insurance was easy and with no pressure. The whole transport/delivery process was smooth and Chuck and Ryan were great at communicating time of pickup, updates leading up to meeting, and they were super helpful in person, giving our puppy a dry bath, providing detailed information on paperwork, things we needed to know about next steps and more. I have had dogs all my life, usually purchased from breeders in my area. This is the first time I have used PuppySpot. When they say they will not sell a sick puppy, they mean it. The first puppy I chose was found to have a heart murmur, and they would not sell him to me. I chose another and from start to finish, the process was very informative with much attention to detail. There were many emails with great advice about caring for a new puppy. The transport people, Joe and Roy, kept in touch while driving from Indiana to Massachusetts and arrived at the promised place right on time. The puppy is beautiful, a wonderful addition to our family and my husband’s surprise Christmas gift was a great success! I would definitely recommend Puppy Spot and Premier Pet Transportation to anyone wanting a sweet puppy to love.

Communication was wonderful with puppyspot.com as well as with our pet transporters Nathan B and Gary. Due to my puppy being susceptible to hypoglycemia they took extra care and stops to make sure he was well taken care of. I highly recommend puppyspot.com as well as premier pet transport.

Each time I called to ask for information, the employees of Puppy Spot were extremely helpful. If they didn't have an answer they would speak with a supervisor and call me back. The drivers of Premier Pet Transport LLC, Nathan B, and Gary were awesome! They kept in touch with me throughout the 2 day transport. The delivery was great! I love my new Golden Doodle, Annie!(Her name on Puppy Spot was Tina) She is just the sweetest, most gentle, loving and so smart! I taught her to climb up and down the stairs to my house in less than 5 minutes!! Annie is already potty trained and she is just an absolute delight!!

We picked up our puppy Wrigley Dec 5. And what a perfect little guy he’s been an absolute joy. Puppy spot was easy to work with answered all my questions made the whole process and pick up very simple. I hope this makes onto the breeder.
