This is the 2nd time we've used PuppySpot to welcome a new family member and both times the service and communication were wonderful. Our pup arrived happy and healthy (our vet check-up was yesterday) and on-time.

delivery service was absolutely amazing, they were so kind. my puppy is absolutely perfect. i would’ve liked more communication from the breeders about my puppy and how’s he’s doing and how much he eats etc. but other than that i am very happy.

Perfect. Couldn’t have made it easier. I wish I could have had more direct breeder contact. Phone reception was bad on multiple calls to get information… but overall - I will use them again.
