Again, I wouldn’t put no stars if I could put zero stars, but Puppy spot charges you more than what you think. You don’t experience white glove to your house by the time the puppies ready to be shipped they turn around and tell you you have to pick it up somewhere else. I had a very bad experience with them and I don’t like talking about people but when I have a bad experience, I’m gonna let other people know I talked with the Breeder. I talked with numerous people from Puppy spot and they’re all just on the same page you’re a liar. I’m telling the truth blah blah blah well let me tell you you scammed me for a $1900 more than what the Puppy was $4100 but I do have a lawyer.

Kept in contact. Did everything that you said you would. Delivery was on time. Staff was polite and helpful.

There is no breeders involved Nothing but SCAM SCAM SCAM . WOULD CALL TO TALK WITH THE. WITH A BREEDER, AND NO ONE WOULD EVER GET THE BREEDER TO ME TO TALK TO ME. I'D CALL AGAIN AND THEY'D SAY, WELL, TELL US WHAT QUESTIONS YOU WANT TO ASK THE BREEDER, WE'LL GET THE ANSWERS AND WE'LL SEND IT TO YOU. THEY NEVER ONCE RETURNED a CALL. THE DOG'S DISPOSITION WOULD SUGGEST THAT IT HAS SEVERE NEUROLOGICAL ISSUES.THESE ARE NORMALLY PRESENT IN A PUPPY MILL ENVIRONMENT. Prior to purchasing, the breeder told us that the dog's temperament would be perfect for us. When we took delivery, we found out immediately. It had severe food aggression issues. That was never mentioned in any of their paperwork or communication to us. I would strongly suggest you stay away from this breeder. I firmly believe that they are running a puppy mill. This might indicate why we have severe temperamental issues with this dog.

Informative and responsive customer service from start to finish. I was nervous ordering a puppy from a third party but PuppySpot made the entire experience comforting and exciting. They were constantly giving me updates and they responded almost immediately to every email or question I sent them. We chose to have her delivered to our home which I thought was fairly priced (and very convenient) given her breeder was halfway across the country. She arrived about 15hrs ahead of schedule and they gave me a bag of her food and all of her medical records. She was happy and clean upon arrival. The vet confirmed she also had her microchip in her and was in great health. I’m so glad we trusted PuppySpot and I highly recommend.

The dog came in a van. I complained and my text was ignored.I wanted by air. She wasn’t even sedated. She is still terrified. They wrote me saying she would be taken out of the van periodically to use a piddle pad. The driver told me at her arrival they never take them out. She was in a van with about 5 or six pets from Missouri to New Jersey. She came with a gastrointestinal parasite. I now have to isolate her for three weeks. I am told this parasite may take two or three cycles to go away. Each being three weeks .This will hinder her socialization training. This is costing me money and frustration. I purchased a dog thru this company many years ago and it is different now. I am still getting text to buy products. I feel it was more about sale of products than anything.
